My husband and I had the pleasure of having Chef Pratt come to our home this evening for a tasting. When I say the food was amazing! So delicious and flavorful..it truly was a party in my mouth lol. Chef was on time, professional, and accommodating . The food was hot, beautifully plated, and generously portioned . I cannot wait for him do his thang for my 40th vastly approaching 👏🏾🎊👨🏾‍🍳

Chef Pratt and his team are amazing. We planned my mother a surprise birthday party. Each time I emailed, called or text he responded to me and answered all my questions, as well as helped me with decorations, and pastry chef recommendations. He does it all you literally just tell him what you would like and he does the rest. The food was delicious, as the chef culinary skills are vast and exceptional. I will def use this company again

We hired Chef Pratt and his team for my baby shower and were very pleased. We did a brunch menu and everything was tasty. Chef Pratt left the venue’s kitchen just as he received it very clean and tidy. My only regret is choosing a few menu items that didn’t allow Chef Pratt to showcase the full range of his culinary skills. We’d absolutely use Chef Pratt and his team again for future events.

Chef Pratt and team were exceptional. They showed up early and prepared an amazing 35th anniversary dinner that was nothing short of amazing for my friends . I am still thinking about the filet mignon with a Peruvian sauce served with yellow rice black beans and sauteed vegetables! To top it off he served a caramelized croissant with ice cream that was to die for. The flavor was out of this world.He personalized a unique menu that was perfect for our palettes. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional . I highly recommend Chefsforanight for all of your special occasion.

The dinner was fantastic

Last night, Chef Anthonio and his crew catered my 35th anniversary dinner, and they nailed it! Prices were fair and reasonable, and they were on the dot with timing. They treated my home with respect, leaving the kitchen spotless and everything as they found it. The highlight of the evening was Cross, one of the servers, who doubled as an entertainer, playing the piano and singing Sam Cooke's 'A Change Is Gonna Come.' It was a hit across the board, convincing the younger crowd we had Sam Cooke among us! The course meal was exquisite in taste, and the presentation was top-notch. The dessert was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I seemed to be in the minority as my wife and guests loved it.Overall, I’d rate the service a solid 4 out of 5. As a former professor, I’m a tough grader and believe there’s always room for improvement. That said, the evening was exceptional, and Chef Anthonio’s service comes highly recommended.

The Chef strategically put together a night to remember for my special double whammy celebration 60th birthday and Master degree celebration that my friends are still talking about. The food was selected and prepared by the Chef to fit the occasion. The food was superb and celebration a success. I came all the way from Tennessee and there were no regret’s. Thanks Chef for making my special moment a magical. Jacksonville showed out!!

The food was amazing. I had the breezy wings, fried chicken wings and salmon. Chef Antonio was very present and professional.

My siblings and I were planning my mothers 60th birthday party. I felt like I was running all over Jacksonville and getting nowhere. When someone heard that I was looking for a caterer, they recommended Chef Pratt. I am so glad they did because that is the point that everything began to come together! I called and told him what we needed and he told us that we could stop worrying and leave everything to him.

After consulting with so many other venues I knew we made the right choice with Chefs For A Night. Key difference in the consultation: Chef Pratt did not TELL us what we could DO, he ASKED us what we WANTED. After sharing our vision and telling him what our budget was, Chef Pratt and his team made it happen, reassuring us and calming our anxiety along the way.

The day of the event, the room was beautifully and meticulously decorated. The food was a hit! Delicious and there was more than enough for everyone! I wish I had eaten more :P

The success of the event and our satisfaction was as important to Chef Pratt as it was to us. Our mother had a beautiful birthday celebration, and we owe so much of that to Chef Pratt and his team. In summary: Chefs For A Night is Da Bomb!

Absolutely amazing!!! My friends and I sought the wonderful service of Chef Pratt and his beautiful assistant Lisa for an amazing Valentines Surprise Dinner for our amazing husbands. Chef Pratt prepared New England style crab cakes top with the garlic aïoli Mojito lime, Chicken with saffron yellow rice and black beans, Grill New York strip with the mushroom Ragu with roasted balsamic blue potatoes, grilled asparagus and roasted vegetable medley, salad and lastly his own chef dessert.
Can I tell you how amazing this evening was!!!! Our sweet husbands had no clue. From the moment Chef arrived, he completely blew our minds away. So much that I nearly cried with such joy. I cannot thank you enough for such an amazing night. See you soon Chef!!!!!!

This food was outstanding, the chef was amazing, very flavorful and tasteful dishes.

I called Chef Pratt to make dinner for my wife and I for her birthday. Due to covid we didn’t want anyone in the house. He said no problem, I told him what my wife likes and he came up with the whole menu. When it came time for delivery he was on time. Food was absolutely amazing. The best personal chef dinner we’ve ever had. The French pudding is a must have. Quality and quantity were excellent, we actually had food for a couple of days He helped make it a special night. Very professional and responsive as well. I’m looking for a reason to book him again in the very near future.

What a joke of a business. I had an important business meeting and hired them to cater the event. They never showed up and I had to scramble to get food from another business. I can’t say if their food is any good because they never showed up. Unreliable! Jacksonville would be better off without them in business.
