They have the air conditioning on so it’s colder inside than outside so it’s 50 something degrees so your food gets cold. Hard to get service because the people at counter ignore you , they need organization. Like the other stores. It’s a shame Mr. Mayo spent all the money to fix this store so nice and the employees fail him. Getting as bad as wells road store…please fix. We know, we eat chick fil a 3 times a day without fail and know what it should be like…..

The worst location you can go to. They are always out of things and the service is slow. This location does not live up to the company’s standards. I’d rather drive farther to go to a different location.

Has gone downhill so much since they reopened. They forget my sauces every time, tonight I ordered sweet tea and there was absolutely no ice. Just warm tea in a cup. Gave me one full fry..the rest were little pieces from the end of a batch I’m guessing.

Only one attendant taking orders on a Friday night. No ice cream for cones or milkshakes available for the kids. Nuggets were burnt to the point of being inedible. No joke, I took a bite of one from my son and had to spit it out. Chucked the rest
So I got a car full of still hungry kids, who are also bummed about the lack of treats and I'm out $$.
Just an absolute cherry (figuratively, of course because no available sweet things) on top of a long week of work.
Disappointing. Do better.

Every. Single. Time. We come here they are out of Mac and cheese. And they don’t tell you that until AFTER you’ve placed the order on the app. There is an up charge that you never get refunded, which isn’t life or death but come on. At 6:40pm you’re out of Mac and cheese for the night? And there’s never any manager to speak to just 54 teens working/hanging around. Get it together.

Tuesday, 4/23 at 7:25pm. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. If this is the pride they take in cleaning the restroom then I can only imagine what the other areas look like. So many workers always on-site, you would think someone has bathroom duty. Maybe bc the majority of the employees look like high schoolers no one cares
