Probably one of the slowest moving chic fil a in Jacksonville. It takes forever to get food in the drive thru even with two lines? Be prepared for a 20 minute wait if you come here
The staff are family friendly and kind. They never lose patience with my little ones even though they are running around like little animals sometimes. When it's busy, I feel like they are still happy that I'm there.

When I tell you this is THE best chick fil a I’ve been to, I really mean it. The staff are always extremely helpful and there are almost never mistakes on my order which is surprising because this location is usually quite busy. Sometimes I’ll even ask for a side of pickles and they are glad to give me a little extra. 10/10.

food was good duh but there was a piece of plastic in my burger?? Literally just got it like 25 minutes ago and the lady who served me added an extra burger without me knowing, I also asked for a sweet tea she gave me a lemonade 🤦♀️

The individual who took our order was the district manager if I read her badge directly. But she did not have a great customer service personality. Very cold and unfriendly. She took the order like a robot. She shouldn't be on the front line. Food was good, and it was in the mall so atmosphere was what it was.
