Stop by on lunch break from Osteen Volkswagen and the cashier whose name is Sade took my order. During checkout my card and the machine was giving us both a problem and moving extremely slow, as I pulled out my second card and cash, Sade proceeded to cash me out with her own card. I was so caught off guard with such a kind act, I didn't know what to say or do but thank her and told her I had it in cash but she insisted. To those in management she is a true definition of customer service and customer care. Sade you rock, keep up the great work and thank you again.

I ordered my meal on Chick-fli-a app, and it took me 45 minutes to get my food. Weird.

In the food court of a large, busy mall, they handled the lunch rush well enough. My two-piece and large drink were timely, filling, and delicious. They honored the coupons I get in the mail, and and kept the customer flow going. Except for the crying baby I enjoyed my meal. Conveniently located next to the bathroom hal.

Kid-friendliness: A lot of those Hispanic women had really big smiles. They had great attitudes, and were very accommodating. All of their younger customers looked happy! Especially about the honey.
