Oh my goodness! I didn't realize this Chik Fil A was under construction improvement. They did a great job during the pandemic keeping the store going via drive through. This last week I swung by and was surprised by the food truck set up but absolutely delighted by the excellent customer service from Misses Olivia and Sarah (spelling?). The food truck would close soon after my order and expected items were low. These ladies were pleasant, professional, knowledgable and made accomodations as needed. They delivered and made their boss look super good. So grateful!
SO DISAPPOINTED that this remodel is going to get rid of the indoor playground! Bring it back!!!

The staff are always accommodating and so friendly! I’ve never had any major problem and even minor issues are resolved immediately and effectively. The food is top quality and the whole family enjoys the trips!

Where do I begin…Me and my brother pulled our car into this chic fil a right as the lights shut off,we walk up…doors locked.This man by the name of Nick walked up to us in his beautiful blue vest and immediately understood our situation without words exchanged.He brought us food at the doorstep like we were children on Halloween.He didn’t have to do that but he did it out of the kindness of his heart and I really appreciate it and it won’t be forgotten.Thank you Nick

Couldn't get my order right after repeating it 3 times, still got it wrong and still didn't refund me for something I didn't order after I was told I would be refunded.

I did an order online at 1010 to be pick up from rack. They know they line be long as heck but they cancelled my order and I was there before 1030. When I got there it was like oh well you should have gotten here sooner. The customer service was horrible.

I have to mark down the service here. This is odd to write, but these people legitimately do not know how to put lids on their own cups. I got 3 drinks, lids weren't all the way on two. As a former good and beverage manager, I watched them pass out drinks for a bit, and 50% didn't have the lids on the whole way. Glad these guys never worked for me at Starbucks, cause there would be a lawsuit daily.
