I swear every single time I go to this chick fil a and order a large fry they give me a medium. Even though I pay for a large. I’ll ask them as they give me the food it’s large fry right, they’ll tell me yes and when I get home the box is a medium fry box. Only go there once a month but still super annoying.

I watched them turn away a hungry homeless man. They told him they would call the cops on him if he didn’t leave. I thought Chick-fil-A was a Christian company? Matthew 25:35-40 says “for I was hungry so you gave me something to eat.” Anyone could end up in the position he was in but he is a human being and was treated horribly.

Came in with a large order. Joseph was able to take the order without me having to repeat myself. Ariana was the handler and made sure all of the condiments were there. Arguably one of the best fast food services I’ve had in my life.

Went in for breakfast. The place was ice-cold inside on a chilly winter morning. I asked for heat; nothing was done, I walked out. Do you not want your customers to be comfortable while eating?? Also, an employee almost hit me with the door as I was trying to exit the men's room. No respect at all!

I stopped by on Nov 14th on the way home, had a sore throat and a long day so I was exhausted. Layla was in the drive thru taking my order and talked to me made my experience personal and convinced me to get some cookies, and high was absolutely perfect timing because I had just stopped at the store and got egg nog and was gonna watch a Christmas movie when I got home to try and unwind and cheer myself up. Gabe was the one who handed me the order and had made me laugh and we were talking about the difference between Godzilla and King Kong, who I would be more willing to fight and the two staff members seriously made my night that night.
