I’ve been to Chick-fil-A locations all over the country, and every time I come back to Jacksonville, I end up near this one—and every time, it’s a disappointment. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever experienced.
Customer service here is not what you expect from the brand. I came in recently just for some ice cream and tried to scan my points at the register. The cashier took my phone and just dropped it on the counter—no respect for my personal property. While I was greeting someone I knew nearby, the employee just stood behind me silently holding the cone, not saying a word for who knows how long.
The biggest issue, though, is their inconsistent and frustrating policy on military discounts. I’m active duty, and when I told them that, they said I had to be in uniform to get the discount. I don’t live at work, and my uniform is not a costume to be worn just to prove my status. I’ve never had to deal with this issue at other locations.
Every time I visit this location, it feels like there’s a new problem. At this point, I’d rather just avoid coming here altogether. It’s not worth the hassle.

While the fries were just warm, the overall experience was enhanced by the staff's exceptional politeness. I always appreciate their cheerful send-off, wishing customers a blessed day.

The food is great, but that's not why I'm making this review. Today, when I was waiting in the drive thru, my car started overheating and was having issues. The kind workers at this Chick-fil-A went above and beyond and worked together to get us out of the drive thru and into a parking space where my car could cool off. They changed the online drive they order to be picked up inside, and we were able to get home safe after our car cooled off. Thank you to these wonderful individuals at this Chick-fil-A, their service is incredible and always pleasant

We went in morning for breakfast we had service dog lady was so rude even customer service she just ridiculous she saw my father had oxygen how he was still she was arguing I say they should fire people like that I suggest people don’t go there you guys gonna regret bad service for everything ridiculous
