I absolutely recommend this Chick-fil-A to everyone. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch. Sherry is so sweet, along with everyone else. I can't get enough of the spicy chicken sandwiches and don't get me started on their lemonade.....it's the best around.

So disappointed! Stop allowing your standards to slip. I order on the app at 1016am on Monday 1/19 (holiday mind you so alot of places are closed and school out) so I knew you would be busy. Which is why I pre-ordered on YOUR app. This entire time im on your property waiting to check in. Now I get it you are just an extremely busy establishment. But what is the point of ordering on your app putting all my info meaning payment info. If your NOT going to honor it. I was legit being told before 1030 that my online order placed at 1116 before breakfast ends will not be honored or made not even half the order which is spicy chicken! Manager Evan was like its a 50/50 chance maam. Im not the bad guy im just following protocol. Like im in your drive thru with a online app order(your app) and your just like ohh we are 20min behind on orders so we just wont be able to help you. Sorry not sorry. Like its my fault yall fell behind on orders. You charge premium prices for fast food products because of the premium service and products you provide. Well you definitely charge the money but lost the premium service! To just be tossed aside like maam take it or leave it we are going to make money with or with out you and your holding up the line and then get the have a blessed day in the next breath! There was no apologies no trying to accommodate, I mean 2 of my meals are spicy chicken. This was the third day in a row I was spending over 30 dollars for breakfast meals. We usually drop 200.00 a week at this location. Which seeing it on paper is ridiculous! So maybe having this poor service is a blessing in disguise! It sad to see places that really were known to go above and beyond for every guest just isnt a thing any more. You will continue to make millions regardless of my interaction today. And nothing will change except I will not longer give my hard earned money to this establishment.

Even is the worse manager to have at this location. I ordered breakfast on the app at 1016, got there at 1031. He proceeds to tell my wife that she cant pick up breakfast because they are so backed up. How is that our fault. We paid for somthing and you guys should honor that. Worse experience ever. What happened to chick fila always giving the best service.

I have never gotten bad food from chik fil a in all the time I have been going. But today they left me greatly disappointed. They gave me this and I didn't know it had burn marks on it till I bit it. I never have to inspect my food from them but now I will. You should be ashamed for sending food out like this!! They hid it between the first strip and the 3rd strip, flipped over so I couldn't see it burnt or...idk what it was.
