Not only did the food meet the high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for, but the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, efficiency, and—most importantly—the exceptional service provided by an employee named Levi made the visit truly stand out.

Chicken was good. But it’s the small things that win or lose a customer: just bought a box of 8 nuggets, but only 7 were in the box. Your store charges almost two dollars on $15 bill - to compensate for credit card use. Your price needs to include it - not add the fee as an up charge. Just lost me as a customer.
