WHAT is the point of having a mobile line if it takes 10 times longer to get your food than if you went in the regular line. Also why hand out food out of order trapping people in the line. For a place known for their quick service this location is the exception, if you wanna be late this is the place to go.

Lunch, Drive Thru. Service was fine, Food was terrible. My wife and I got the Pretzel Bun, Cheddar Fried Chicken Sandwich. Terrible sandwiche. We could not finish them. Also I have never liked thier Waffle Fries.

I had an awesome experience on 9/23 and I just wanted to brag on the manager Rachel for a minute.. long story short, I mobile ordered and placed it at the wrong location so by the time I got to the right one, breakfast was no longer available (I didn’t realize they don’t hold your mobile order). It was a crazy morning, I had just left my dad who was post-op from surgery and we thought was having a stroke. My nerves were shot and as stupid as it sounds, missing breakfast felt like a breaking point. I feel bad I didn’t get the original team members name who sent Rachel out, but they were not only soo so kind (esp considering they had no idea what I had just been through) but they got as many breakfast items as they could find for me to make up for it and I will say I feel like I came out better off. It really meant more than I can explain in that moment so just wanted to say thank you Chick-fil-A for always going above and beyond in kindness and customer service! And thank you Rachel for being a light in a pretty dark moment!

Delicious food, just as you’d expect from Chick-fil-A, though this location is drive-thru only. There is some outdoor seating, but no indoor dining, which can be a bit disappointing as it prevents you from getting a refill on their famous lemonade.

We come to this Chick Fil A frequently and overall have good experiences each time we come. We've interacted with many different employees (excluding managers) and every single one has been courteous and friendly and made our visit pleasant. A few times our food orders have been incorrect and not noticed until we get home - if we catch it, we say something to the team but if we don't notice it until it's too late, we don't worry too much about it. I would like to suggest better policies be put in place (ex. once an order is taken AND confirmed (more than once), your order should not be wrong. You order from one person, another repeats your order, another makes your drink(s) and another packs your order. There are 4 opportunities for the team to make sure your order is correct. Also, the past few times I've ordered breakfast from this particular Chick Fil A (I've ordered the breakfast bowl with double egg, double chicken and regular cheese - no hashbrowns). I pay extra for the double egg and chicken and it appears I don't get the extra on either item as my bowl looks pretty skimpy. Overall, decent experiences but there are definite kinks to work out.
