I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I’ve loved Chick-fil-A my whole life — it’s supposed to be fast, friendly, and consistent. But this location? It’s the complete opposite.
First off, this is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen that serves Pepsi instead of Coke. That alone should’ve been a red flag. But it gets worse. Google Maps says it’s in Botts Hall — it’s not. So if you’re new here, you’ll walk around campus completely lost trying to find it. Fix your location, please.
Then there are the hours. Terrible. You never know when it’s open or closed, and when it is open, the service moves in slow motion. I’ve waited longer here for a sandwich than I would at a drive-thru during lunch rush hour. And somehow, they still mess up the order or forget the sauce. Every. Single. Time.
The staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else, and honestly, I don’t blame them — the place just feels disorganized. I’ve given it multiple chances, but every visit leaves me more underwhelmed than the last.
At this point, I’d rather drive all the way to the Chick-fil-A on Atlantic Blvd than deal with this one again. At least over there, the food is hot, the people smile, and you actually get that “Chick-fil-A experience” everyone talks about.
If you’re craving Chick-fil-A on campus — do yourself a favor and drive off-campus. This one is a disappointment from top to bottom.

Hey chic-fil-a and Google, 2800 University is the address for Jacksonville University. Your sending random people onto a college campus and they are trying to enter the dormitories. That require a pass(badge) for entry. To keep the young people safe. I'm doing construction work at Botts Hall dormitory that is not even near the restaurant. At least 5 people today. Knocking on doors and trying to look in the windows for a Chick-fil-A. It's not funny, and it's not really safe for the students.

Take this off the standard Google maps if it’s not open to the public. I have lost count of the amount of times I have heard someone traveled to this chick because it was on maps just to find it’s part of the university. Thanks for wasting my time
As always Chick-fil-A came through like champs. The drive thru line was more than all the way around the building but in less than 5 minutes we had our food and on our way. Not sure how they accomplish this but is an amazing performance by their team!
