As always Chick-fil-A came through like champs. The drive thru line was more than all the way around the building but in less than 5 minutes we had our food and on our way. Not sure how they accomplish this but is an amazing performance by their team!

Half of the employees on register are good then the rest just suck. Half of the time my food is made correctly then the rest of the time I either get the wrong item or burnt food. Just today the girl gave me a 3/4 full cup and I didn't realize until I had left. The one girl is also ruder than hell and doesn't care.
I waited in line for 20 minutes in drive thru!!!... Was told they were waiting for biscuits!!!.. I ordered chicken minis... ???...Worst chick fil a on Jacksonville on University Blvd!!!

But the absolute worst customer service experience of 25+years going to Chick-fil-A.Wish I got the manager's name but she walked away after her rudeness.I had an issue last time I was there with the food It was months ago but I had a receipt and a picture of the mix-up guy at the counter had no problem helping.But the manager said had been too long didn't even want to take time to look at my receipt or hear the issue she just said if it's past 24 to 48 hours can't help you.Now they lost a customer and has to deal with the horrible reviews.All over some chicken nuggets and a rude rude manager Sandy blonde hair about 5'2.

Rudest employees of all Chick-fil-A’s in the city. I never thought I’d be making a negative review of a Chick-fil-A because I feel like everyone but this one has excellent customer service. The employees act like you’re an inconvenience to them instead of an asset. I can’t say I won’t ever go to Chick-fil-A again because I love the product but I can definitely say I will not come back to this location ever
