Sat for over 30 minutes and never got my food! Group next to me came in after me! And got thier food a few minutes after they ordered! NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER!!! BETTER SERVICE AT WAFFLE HOUSE!!!!!

Short white lady who passes out doordash and uber orders with blonde hair needs a course in customer service. Next time I won’t be so nice. A question doesn’t require attitude!

Worst chikfila I've been too. The drive thru is nuts and confusing. The person taking my order had to be told 3 times and I had to walk her through it. My food was 3 kids meals. I kids meal had 4 nuggets and a small fryer crumb? Not even 5 nuggets. I spent 24 dollars. Insane.

Raves to the chikfila in yulee florida where I'm from. It is heaven.

The service was just okay. They put our food in a to go bag instead of dine in platter. This is a place of guns. More than one person had a gun in the restaurant. I get it's an open carry state but the optics are silly looking. Other than those things, the food was awful. It looked okay but tasted like the oil they used was burnt to hell. It was gross. The overall cleanliness inside was pretty bad too. No one cleaning off tables or sweeping. Sticky sticky sticky.

I get that they’re popular, but the line is so long… food is usually fresh and they don’t typically forget items but they forgot my daughter’s soup during my last visit. It didn’t help that we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes even though we ordered “drive-thru” in the app only to go inside to retrieve her missing soup and to be asked to wait longer… also, the food was cold when we received it through the drive through . (This was before going inside and waiting for the soup.)

Drive through is a mess and they always get my order wrong.

The service here really sucks when it comes to DoorDash and Uber eats. I've been waiting for about 20 minutes for my order and the place isn't even busy.

Ordered delivery for a bunch of kids to picnic with at the playground. The order was placed over an hour in advance. When the delivery time arrived, Chik fil a pushed the delivery time back an hour, leaving me stuck at the playground with a bunch of hangry toddlers
