I guess there's a first time for everything. With the amount of people that's at Chick fil A drive-thru you would've never imagine that your food wouldn't be hot & fresh. Well it happened today, the SWAT team and the National Guard should have been notified. Ist, the chicken had been sitting awhile (I can tell, I'm a regular) it was dry and luke warm the fries were just plain cold, I ask for my tea to have a spritz of lemonade, there was no leamonade and the cup was really sticky on the side and the top of the lid was topped off with tea when it was handed to me which was a sticky mess. I was so dissappointed because I could always count on Chick fil A for a nice hot delicious meal. My regular location is on Wells Rd, they are on the money and never, never ever dissappoint even when it's slow which is not that often.

Operationally the worst Chick Fil A in Jacksonville, and it isn’t close. App orders have much lower priority than non app orders, and a 15-20 minute wait is routine. Don’t bother ordering large fries, they only fill them halfway. The “rewards” I receive for being a loyal member, such as free delivery, I can’t use because I fall outside the delivery radius. Employees are mostly inattentive and disinterested, though there are a couple exceptions.
I’m a 7 year running signature member and I don’t say these things about my beloved chick fil a lightly. But it’s been this way for years.

The staff is always friendly. It is pretty impressive considering how busy the establishment is all the time. I prefer to go inside and order myself but they do a good job inside or drive thru.

Now family if you have not tryed the mac and cheese with bacon and the grilled nuggets with barbecue sauce its a must simply outstanding

This is the first time I have ever left a Chik-fil-A unsatisfied. First, the 2 people working the counter have no place at the counter. One was a young lady that is very loud and crude. The other was a young man that looked as if he was being forced to work there at gun point. After that, dirty tables and chairs. Next is the food. Soggy waffle fries and a chicken sandwich with absolutely no taste in either the meat or breading. The tea decent. Not Chik-fil-A tea, but just decent. Another young lady patrolled the dining area but only interacted with what appeared to be her boyfriend. That is based upon her kissing him when he left. I assume she was the Team Leader based off of her shirt. Lastly, when I tried to get another drink, I sat at the counter for several minutes as multiple employees ignored me. There was nothing positive about this experience. The customer service was so poor, i did not even bother speaking to anyone. The staff need to be restrained from the Manager down. Actually, based upon how low the quality was, I would suggest replacing the Manager.

Wife's sandwich came out cold. I was also ignored by at least 5 employees even after reaching out vocally to get some sauces. NEVER have I had such horrible service at a chik-fil-a. The staff here needs to stop having little conversations with each other and get back to customer focus. Either that, or re-evaluate the staff and hire some people who care about their jobs. I felt like I was witnessing a group of high-schoolers just chatting up a conversation with no care to who or what is going on around them.

Went on my lunch break today to get grilled nugget and instead they gave me fried. I jumped back in the drive thru line only for the gentleman taking my order to say “nothing I can do about it here, you have to go to the window.” I wait until I get up to the window and the manager walks over. I tell her I received the incorrect nuggets and instead of her apologizing for the error, she says “well you have to pay the difference in price for the grilled nuggets.” I understand that mistakes happen but it’s how you rectify it that displays good or bad customer service. I paid the difference and left with my grilled nuggets but that service is not a reflection of the reputation Chik fil A has. I will not be back to this location.
We ordered breakfast online at 9:59am and waited until 11:10 before calling to check on the order. Because the one driver they had didn't make it back in time for the 10:30 a.m. breakfast cut-off, they canceled our order. We never received a cancellation notice and waited around for over an hour for nothing to arrive. Buyer beware, do not use their delivery service. Instead, it appears that you have to wait in their absurd lines at the restaurant to get the overrated, fried food. The manager said she will investigate with corporate, but this is a hollow offering.
