This ChickFilA is the closest to my house and the customer service here is great! Everyone is always so friendly and I always receive my food very quickly. Would highly recommend if you’re in that area.

Edit: A few months down the road, and I haven't tried my luck picking up inside again, but the ladies I’ve encountered at the drive-thru recently are so sweet and helpful. Everything seems to flow more smoothly as well.
Original: Hands down the most unorganized and rudest Chick-fil-a. They get a little busy and lose all control, skipping cars while taking orders so then the people running the food can’t do so effectively. Then if you go in, there’s an area for pickups but no one acknowledges you.

Breakfast is standard for biscuit and minis. Unsweet tea is always good. Efficient operation. Usually order in the app. Ordering in the app is a real time saver The food is delivered to the car pretty quickly.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. I am very disappointed in this location. I went in to use the restroom before I ordered. It was a mess- borderline gross. This is not what I expect from a Chick-fil-A . When I placed my order, the staff seemed distracted or overworked. I am not sure who to be upset with the staff or the management at this point. When ordering they repeated my order and said extra ice for one of my drinks. I said no thank you- I want regular ice. I ended up with no ice in my tea. I could tell after I got my food that they had over dropped food and they did not rotate the old food fast enough, as my sandwich was cold and my fries were stale.

The service has been great but the food lackluster. The chicken is pink in the middle as if it were pulled up too soon. The first time this happened I thought maybe because I went close to quitting time but then I went 2 more times. This being the 3rd time and the same thing. I just will not be going back to this Chick-Fil-A. This one was closer but I'll travel to Roosevelt Blvd because I always receive exceptional food and service at that location. I need you all at Atlantic to do better with the food!!

I’m more disappointed about the fact i tried to call this location twice 9:07pm and 9:09 pm. I understand you close at 9:30 and want to get out but trying to go back to your store inconveniences me. There was a hair in my food , I’m sorry in the mouth full i was chewing. Was calling the location to speak to a manager and no answer. If you store hours are whatever -9:30 i believe answering the phone prior to closing is a job requirement.

The service and food is decent comparatively to other locations around Jacksonville. However, I wish they engaged with the community and held family friendly events like the Beach and Hodges or town center locations!! It would get more families into your location and spending money!!!
The past few times I have been coming here they’re always mess up the food and do not promote chic Fla standards. The last time I came here I received a burnt sandwich I don’t even know how I could get something like this, so I come back with my receipt and picture the next day and get told I need to call a number for a refund. Then when I call the number I get told to make a report. Why I gotta go through a whole process for just a chicken sandwich that could’ve been remade or refunded😂.

The service was quick, but once again, the waffle fries were under cooked and cold. How could they be cold when I ordered it from a mile away and they were ready when I got there!?! This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in Jacksonville. The manager/owner does not interact with its app customers like the other locations do. They do not ask for feedback because....they don't care. I am going to have to give location a wide berth for awhile. Maybe they will improve in a year or two. 🤷♀️

Food was great. Dine-in service was fantastic. I appreciate that they noticed we had little ones and waited to bring out the ice cream till later. Men's bathroom was a little messy. My kid loved the indoor playground thing.
