This place is awful, y’all have that little old lady taking orders (very slow May I add during lunch hour rush) while two other teammates chat and only help on one side. The left lane had 8-10 cars pass me before I even got to take my order. This places sucks, this has happened so many times.

Had a very bad experience at this location. Ordered the BBQ sandwich got a regular sandwich instead. Ordered and paid $6.50 for 4 cookies only got one in the bag. The line was long and took about 15 minutes to get our orders. Not the chick-fil-a service I’m used to.

My players ate there. They went in to order their food and all 9 of them came out within 10 minutes. They all happily ate their food with no complaints.
This spot has some of the most nice and friendly employees they were quick and helpful at taking the order and giving the food.

I placed an order on the mobile app. When I told the team member my order, she told me it went through. I also decided to add a milkshake, so the team member took my payment separately from my mobile order. When I came up to the window, the team members did not have my order. They took around 10-15 minutes to finally call it back to the kitchen for them to prepare my order that should've already gone through. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, my food was ready. When I received my order, I told them how I also added a milkshake separately. The manager thought I was lying and he said they didn't have it in their system. Ultimately I had to show him my bank statements where the store charged me. I'm not sure what the mishap was but the manager and staff were not very apologetic and didn't care much about me having to wait 30 minutes for 2 meals and an additional milkshake. I was very unsatisfied with my experience.

Amazing service, especially from Victoria! This Chick-fil-A location always delivers great food and fast service, but what really stood out to me was Victoria. She went above and beyond to help some non-English speaking customers with patience and kindness. It was inspiring to watch her make sure everyone felt welcome and understood. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the entire staff was friendly — but Victoria truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend this spot!
