Literally the worst Chic-fil-a in the history of Chic-fil-a… literally will mess your order up 90% of the time! We are not performing brain surgery here! I recommend firing absolutely everyone who cannot read at your store… replace them with machines like McDonalds… would get a way better experience! Absolutely ridiculous! Then to actually be able to complain… nearly impossible! You have to basically do it through corporate. Shut it down and open a PDQ.Update… never order a parfait! They never add the granola and never a spoon. So prepare to slurp it down or use your finger! By the way… ordered for a diabetic… sure I’ll let them drink their sweet tea instead of the Coke Zero that was clearly ordered! Sorry I didn’t taste test every drink at the window to verify that it was correct!Sorry this is very aggressive but dang man this location is horrible and it’s nearly every time!!!

Went to asks Tammy the women with the head scarf in all black for napkins she asked me like I was stupid in a rude manner if i looked for some in the lobby which there wasn’t I checked before asking. Then she proceeded to call Rider multiple times and waited for him to come out the bathrooms after he cleaned them very well. Tammy made Rider get the napkins instead of walking three feet to get them herself. Bathrooms were very clean Rider did a great job. Food was mid. Fries were hot on bottom cold on top overall the experience was fine I guess.

Just an amazing time every time we visit a chick fil a! They have customer service that just sets standards to compare all other establishments to! Example, Jaycee went above just by offering a bag for the 2 gallons of lemonade we purchased! Anywhere else, I’m sure it would’ve been “here’s ur gallons, by!”. Thanks chick fil a team!!

This is the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. Most of the workers are very young and do not care, or are not taught they need to be efficient. One lane goes fast and then the other you’re stuck for 10 minutes in one place because the person taking the order takes about 5 min per car.

I was really disappointed with this visit. The young man taking my order didn't have the menu sheet, so I wasn't aware that they had new flavors of the frosted lemonade. I was the passenger in the front seat and the only one ordering but he seemed more interested in playing with his dreads. He made no effort to look at me at any time during the order. I did ask him for the menu, but as I stated those dreads needed more attention than me needing to place an order. As a result of feeling rushed, I forgot to ask for cheese on my chicken sandwich. The young man taking the money/cc was ok, still not as friendly as one expects at Chick-fil-A. Finally, the young man who brought us my order, again didn't look at us. He had a hoodie on so you couldn't really see his face, it was very nice out, so the hoodie he had on was totally unnecessary. He didn't even speak and when we tried to ask for more napkins, he just kept walking. And the large Mac n cheese bowl was not full! I love their Mac n cheese and was disappointed to have missed out on those 10 bites or so. So this was a McDonald's experience at Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing. ☹️??Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots & handicap seats inside.
Orders Piling up and no one to deliver them - I tend to forget that this location has the worst drive through. 25 - 30 minutes in a very inefficient line. I go to other locations and they get us through in 5-10 minutes.

Slow service in the drive thru and at the counter, the restaurant and play area are always dirty and the customer service is not at the level you expect from Chick Fil A. They shouldo take notes from the Butler Pointe location which provides a much better experience. 6 years on and this review still stands. 3.26.24 and this review still stands.
