Very disappointed at the staff at this location. First, they forgot my fries that was a part of my meal, and tried to say the Mac & cheese was the replacement when I had a promo card for a free side. Came in, explained it to the manager in charge, she said she’ll give me a large fry for my inconvenience. That was a sign I Shouldve checked the rest of my order but when I got home, they gave me the wrong soup. Y’all let me down not once, but twice with one order. Also, there was no line when I pulled up, so they were not busy.

Chick Fil A is basically just another McDs now. They fry frozen chicken patties in the restaurant. The texture and appearance are gross. I was a huge fan of their food years ago, but can honestly say I won’t be back since the quality is constantly going down the toilet. It is way overpriced for mediocre food.

To get to the drive-thru, I think it's set up very dumb coming from the street, but our son loves Chick-fil-A.

Consistently great food and service. The staff is kind and provides fast service, no matter how busy they are. The chicken is always juicy, and the waffle fries are perfectly crispy. The soup is a delicious and comforting favorite, especially since they always give me extra saltine crackers. A reliably excellent fast-food experience.
