They just served me a disgusting thing...my grilled chicken sandwich is burt and was so sloppily prepared. I can't find the words to express how truly disappointed and dissatisfied I am 😡

Of course, this is a well-known chain. It has slowly migrated from a low end purveyor of subpar chicken to a service oriented higher quality fast food operation. In fact their service orientation and speed are second to none so it really puts the fast in fast food.
My favorite part isn't the ubiquitous chicken productsbut rather the well prepared healthy options, especially the kale salad. It's excellent! I know that's a bit shocking but it really is quite good

The old guy handed me a milkshake with it pouring all over the sides. Got all over my car. No courtesy. Kind of irritating. Do better, Colonel Sanders.

Very very disappointed when entering the store today when attempting to order the radio in the kitchen is so loud is not appropriate at all imo. It isn’t music that is played in the dining room for obvious reasons not work appropriate and the sheer volume I can barely hear the cashier or think! This is the third time I’ve come in and the second time my order had a missing item or my order was made incorrectly. Could this be because the music is so loud it’s distracting the workers?? The fries, please please they have been coming out pale, soggy and floppy. Another 30 seconds in the fryer would be amazing. No one would be angry with the addition wait, no one would notice but would rave at the improvement of the quality of the waffle fries

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! I rolled through the drive-thru and had my food in under a minute—hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The staff was polite, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. Meanwhile, the Sonic across the street couldn’t get two milkshakes out in 45 minutes, and their employees were just standing around chatting like it was a social hour. Chick-fil-A is on a whole different level when it comes to service. This is how fast food should be done!

Just like any other fast food place
Had to come back and rewrite my review this Chick-fil-A used to have the best lemonade ever so on my way today I decided to stop by not only was the lemonade disgusting. My mom's and I ended up with diarrhea. Mind you this was the first thing I had all day and they only thing I and her had that was the same. 😩
