I normally spend on average $50 for myself and my kids. We frequent this location on Saturdays. Lately, the customer service skills of the employees at this location has been going down. Poor service and consideration is my issue with this location. I was advised to wait at #1 for my large order, which is no problem, however once I get my food I have to check to make sure it's right. I normally ask the employee to wait politely while I check. This time not only did the employee roll their eyes they actually sighed and threw their head back like they were completely annoyed. I was very upset by this because hey I'm the one waiting for my food and I need to make sure all the condiments I requested is there and of course it wasn't. There was barely any napkins or sauce. I asked the employee to get additional napkins and sauce and the employee rolled there eyes again and walked off. Once I got all my food and condiments I advised the employee this was very poor customer service on her part and that she rolled her eyes at me not once, but twice. To which she denied, which probably means she is not aware that she is doing that, but throwing the head back and sighing at a customer for asking for additional condiments I'm sure she was aware of that. My kids were in the car and they were like mommy why she rolled her eyes at you. I told them that sometimes people do that and they are not aware of their own body language. Employees are trained to display good customer service and to be patient with customers. However, this employee must've missed the class and I most certainly let her know that because what she did was not acceptable. It's not accepted for any position in customer service. I advised my kids that unfortunately we will not be coming back to this location again.
Need I say more?? We love it overe here! The Christmas decor was so cute!! The food was hot and served fast! Nothing to complain about!

I am so sorry to say that my experience this evening was not good at all. The food was horrible. Yes, it was fresh, however, everything was so disappointing.
The grilled chicken nuggets were extremely chewy and the texture was completely different than I’ve ever had, it was so bad we couldn’t even eat it & that is a normal meal my family and I get from chick fil a. The chicken breast was significantly smaller than the bun, it was very odd. Our regular fried chicken nuggets weren’t cooked as they normally are, even visibly lighter in color than normal. Our strawberry milkshake was lacking strawberry- it was basically a vanilla shake with a dap of whipped cream and a cherry. I can honestly say that the only item we received this evening that was good was The Mac & cheese and our regular drinks (lemonade and a sun joy)
We came to this location so our kids can enjoy some time in the playground area and that was also not safe at all. The rules were not being followed or even enforced. Children who were much older than the allowed age and were playing with shoes on. They were extremely rough with had no parental supervision, leading my son to get hurt.
I am beyond disappointed with my entire experience with this location and I never ever plan on going back.

I’m pretty sure the chicken nuggets were microwaved. They were terrible. The quality of microwaved frozen chicken nuggets from the grocery store. Stick to the spicy chicken sandwich.

I ordered the chicken club combo with extra large fries no salt i received my order and my chicken sandwich was very dry and they put salt on my fries i didn't have time to come back and get in that long line so I just gave it to a co worker because I don't eat salt and that sandwich was just to dry so that almost 15 bucks in the trash
