The service is generally fine. Food is sub-par compared to other Chick-fil-A's. Fries are never the same. Either they're way too salty, too squishy, or some other way to mess up a potato. If you go during peak times, expect a long wait (20-30 minutes). They also always seem to run out of stuff whether it be icecream or certain drinks. All in all, its just okay. Nothing special, but it gets the job done.
First and foremost Jordan is the man. I came in to get a bite on a particularly bad day but I don’t go to UNF, he took the time to show me exactly where it was, show me where to park, and then took my order personally and quickly. He was very helpful and he’s definitely an asset to chick fil a. He walked and talked with confidence and I can tell he enjoys his job. God bless you Jordan, thanks for the help.
