Worst chick fil a ever. I am sure the manger is not trained to hold this position at Chick fil a!! She is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. We visited this location on Dec 21 at around 5 pm.

First time for everything. Went to the lakewood location and got McDonalds accuracy. Botched order and they wouldnt make the situation right. Just pick another store that has compotent management, to handle a situation as this one does not!

Hi, I was here not to long ago and I was trying to get my order taken and one of your employees named "Dim", wouldn't let the girl finish taking my order and it was aggravating. I appreciate that she cares about my order being taken but let the girl at least try to learn how to do her position. I didn't like her attitude either. I hope someone better can serve me next time.

Quick and courteous service, as always. Parking lot configuration for dining in is a bit hard to navigate, even after a couple of visits. But, overall it was what you expect when you visit...good.

My brother in law and I went through the drive-thru and ordered some lunch. The order takers were very friendly and courteous. We all had some laughs. Our sandwiches were excellent! Thanks to Chick-fil-A Lakewood, our experience was truly a blessing!
