I work within 2 miles of this location and has ALWAYS enjoyed coming and eating this amazing food. You have a new hire at the checkout counter and she is Horrible. She lays/rests on the counter while she takes your order yawning and drinking her drink. JUST NOT THE NORM.

This was my 2nd time ordering from here but this 2nd time was extra special because I had a rough day and was just leaving the pediatrician with my infant whom had a fever of 103.8. I called the store abs got Steve on the phone and he was so nice and helpful when I asked if he could bring my order to the door. That really impacted my customer service experience because a simple gesture went a long way. Thanks again Steve.

Ordered for pickup . My wrap was pretty much just the tortilla . They left out the tomato and lettuce . I owned my box and the wrap was completely unwrapped . Very sad .

The salad tasted bad. I’ve got food poisoning: I am pretty sure that it was from the salad that tasted old. I used to love this place. Few weeks ago they were even closed during regular business hours. Maybe they got sold to a different owner.

I come here often with my daughter. There was only two people working and I understand that it may get busy at times. But there should be no reason to have an attitude with customers when it becomes hectic. The manager at the counter who was taking orders, continued to huff and puff at the older couple in front of me. Disrespect at its finest. Already highly upset with how this experience is going, a roach runs across our table. The store needs help as well as the manager…10.21.23
