Chicken Salad Chick

I usually enjoy Chicken Salad Chick, but this visit was disappointing. I found a hair in my food, which is obviously off-putting. I considered going up to ask for a replacement, but after noticing employees making fun of a previous customer, I didn’t feel comfortable addressing it. I ended up throwing the food away and leaving. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be returning.

Thank you for the free Veteran’s Day meal. The cranberry chicken sandwich was the best! And loved the broccoli bacon side salad! I’ll be back very soon!

Was out of almost evwey flavor (BBQ, Kickin Kay Lynn, Sassy Scotty, and several others). They couldn’t complete my online order and they gave me some other flavor that wasn’t asked for.

Well this place was great!!!!! I'm from out of town and the girl that I was with suggested we come here to the chicken salad chick..... And she was absolutely right it was delicious... The broccoli salad was terrific.... I had some garlic chicken salad on a croissant..... It was the most fabulous chicken salad I've ever had.. The girl at the counter was so nice she helped us pick out what we wanted. She was friendly and helpful.... Then we went and sat down at a booth...... Our food came out super quick and the waitress who delivered our food was so sweet............. When I come back to Jacksonville I'm definitely coming to this place

They provide a convenient, nice eatery.

I really enjoy picking up a large container of their classic carol. Their fine chicken salad is creamy and has good, sound flavor. I eat this hearty snack for a few days. I request a lot of their flavorful and slightly sweet wheat crackers. How much do I pay for plenty of crackers so I do not have to visit the grocery store for more?

I routinely order a very yummy and fresh classic carol croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato and side of grape salad.

They make a really good and unique kickin lay lynne flavor and good Lauren’s lemon basil. I really enjoy a scoop of the savory and spicy flavors with a beautiful side croissant. I appreciate all the flavors in the first and the fresh dill in the second.

I really enjoy their unique grape salad and their more hydrated broccoli salad with lots of nice topping. 🍇 🥦

I always enjoy eating here for a nice change from your typical fast food restaurant choices. My favorite ones are the spicy ones but they have a nice variety to choose from. You can choose a scoop or two or sandwich varieties with choices of sides such as grape salad and broccoli salad. They also include a delicious little cookie to satisfy your sweet tooth along with a dill pickle spear. I highly recommend!!!!
