Everyone on Tiktok raves about the grape salad, so I decided to try it today. It was SO GOOD!! 😋😋😋😋 I think it’s grape with yogurt and brown sugar and it was YUMMY

Call ahead because they run out of the good stuff constantly and then tell you to take it home and add what you want 😠..... Everyone that came in was visibly upset, like no fix enough of what everyone orders and less of the stuff you always have plenty of...

I had the Olivia on white bread. Very good! And the red velvet cake is a must-have for desert. It was awesome!!!

They are so friendly here! Was giving me chick fil a Christian owned vibes. I love it. I wish I knew the name of the cashiers working it was a girl and guy. Both wonderful. I came Oct 3rd around 12:15. Those 2! Very pleasant and great customer service. The fact I took the time to do the Google review on their respect says how great it was

I stopped by to pickup a sandwich and side. I received outstanding customer service from the asst mgr. It’s so refreshing when you have such a positive experience anywhere these days, I thought it was worth noting. The lady in the kitchen was very nice too. Keep up the great work!

Sad to give a one star review but I have been going to chicken salad chick for the last two years ordering the same thing. My order is a croissant sandwich, toast the croissant and leave the scoop separate from the croissant so I can assemble it myself. For some reason today they say they cannot toast a croissant when I have been getting my croissant toasted for 2 years now. Seems like a inconsistency in training...

My family and I had lunch here, and we were pleasantly surprised. The place wasn’t crowded, but it had a clean, welcoming atmosphere with a nice design. The menu is simple and offers 12 different salad flavors that you can build into a sandwich. They also have a few soups, cake, and cookies available. There is an option to grab ready-made salads from the fridge near the register for a quick, healthy option on the go.
The staff was very helpful and offered great advice on menu choices.

Just wish they will change these disgusting awful plastic cups for drinks.

Easily been coming here for at 4 years. Always get my daughter the Little Chicks Scoop. Usually it's one full scoop of chicken salad. All of a sudden over the last few weeks, it's a tiny HALF scoop of chicken salad for the kids meal, which is not even enough food to feed a toddler. When I brought the issue up to the manager, I was told that is new corporate policy! Menu says one scoop, online shows one full scoop, other Chicken Salad Chick's give one full scoop. This location is now just trying to scam you!! $7 for half a scoop is absolutely ridiculous!
