I was surprised! My wife took me here and it was really good. Yes, everything is chicken salad, it is really good chicken salad. In fact there are 9 different flavors of chicken salad. The employees at this location are some of the most polite and patient young people in Jacksonville. The prices aren't bad either. We went in the middle of the afternoon so there was only one other table of customers.

Kind of disappointed with my food today. The chicken tortilla soup had absolutely no chicken. The chicken poblano soup was extremely thick and not a soup at all and also was scrotched.

First time in. Def will return. Usually go to Tidbits for closeness and convenience. Chicken Salad Chick better value than Tidbits. More chicken salad and didn't nickel and dime me for toasting my croissant like Tidbits does.

The food is always good sometimes there's more fruit in it than others which makes it even better. Would love to have a few more crackers with my meal but they've slowed down on what they give. We come back regularly.

Not impressed with the food today, instead of using the drive through I walked in to order. Normally they are on point with making sure what I ordered is accurate. I ordered red velvet cake, the pick three trio and a extra grape salad. Very disappointed when I arrived home, part of my order was missing, I even asked for extra crackers, the cashier looked at me like, crackers ? what's that look. A tip customers, make sure before you leave you check your food. From past experiences other fast food. Sadly, they are always accurate. Perhaps it was a bad day? But, if I'm paying over 22 dollars, please make sure everything is accurate. Will I come back again? Maybe in a couple of months.

Used to be a great place to eat. Today was grape salad with bad yogurt dressing, and a tasteless chicken salad on a croissant with unripe tomato and black lettuce.

I can't believe this was okay to serve.

Great menu, nice, cozy, little booths, and Malaysia service is gracious she makes you feel like you are important.

I wish I had a Chicken Salad Chick closer to where I live. I absolutely love this place!!

The staff under trained line out the door taking orders with only 1 cashier with no training . The tea was really just brown water BAD !!

Tried this for lunch today for the first time. The staff was great and the food was amazing. A croissant with spicy chicken salad was delicious! Finally, something to look forward to at lunchtime.
