Chicken Salad Chick

I learned today that this store stopped serving salads. You have lost my business as I'll be heading over to Panera where they offer options for gluten free customers. How hard is it to throw a bed of lettuce on a plate and scoop some chicken salad beside it?

Idk her name she is a white lady with brown hair so rude and disrespectful I won’t ever step foot in this place again while she’s working there

First time here. Chicken salad and pasta salad had great flavor. Restaurant was clean, employees were professional and friendly. Went for the veteran deal. Just want to say thank you for supporting veterans. Would definitely return.

My Mom requested this place for dinner so I took her and the cashier Nancy was a little off very figidy ,and rushing. I didn’t like that. She did like the food though. (My opinion when she opened the box it was very skimp for something that’s 12$) I’d rather driver across town to tidbits.

I was a weekly costumer, but when I went these past 3 weeks the staff was definitely different and you could tell because the vibes weren’t there, the tables were dirty. The front people were on their phones, the service wasn't that good and I didn’t feel welcomed. Will not be going back to this location.

Sad excuse for a BLT. The quality control of this location is poor. Both me and my mother’s sandwich had tomato ends. Second time I’ve went, and both time it was blah. Barely any chicken salad on the sandwich too. Sad bc I’ve loved other locations.

Love their chicken salad! Also tried the broccoli salad and it was delicious!

I ordered from Uber Eats at this place, and it was my first time eating the food there. Everything was great! My only takeaway is that the tea doesn’t taste like fresh-brewed iced tea. That is all.

Nancy does not need to work with the public. She needs to be drug tested! Very rude. Even let someone get free food and yells I’ll pay for it after she just left me standing there to help a guy that came in after me. Never helped me. Walks off, grabs a cup and gets her a drink. A slim guy with a red shirt came to the register and apologized on her behalf and helped me. She was all finicky and pacing and left for a smoke break! She does not need to serve the public. Not customer service oriented. She does not belong amongst the public. Drug test her asap! This happened Monday August 25, 2025. She treated as if my money or me was not good, just left me standing there with no help.

The managers and staff are awesome the food is yum and I’m picky. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. Our new era. Don’t listen to try them it’s amazing and the people are so nice.
