Chilis is amazing. The new drinks are amazing. But this is mostly about the service. Wow. Just wow. How can it go so smoothly. Drinks were on the table before server even left. This is excellent service. She knew when to show up and refill our drinks. Our food was hot and not wrong. Her memory is out of this world!! She remembered a larger order and I’m blown away impressed. Not one mistake. She gave us the best 10/10 service. I can’t remember her name but she has bright red hair and she’s gorgeous. We will be returning for the ribs, the drinks and that server. I think her name was Shyann.

I ordered the Chocolate Molten Cake and was very disappointed. The cake had a strange, unpleasant smell—almost like stale bread—and the taste wasn’t fresh at all. Even the ice cream on the side didn’t taste good. I’ve enjoyed this dessert in the past, but this time it was a big letdown. I hope they improve the quality because this was not up to Chili’s usual standards.

Went to restaurant to enjoy a meal with the family was greeted at door by young lady who escorted us to our table. Looked over menu a couple of times and Had our order in mind. 10 minutes past and still no service. A couple walks in and sit down then immediately waitress goes to help them and we was there before them. Lack of customer service

Triple dipper was good, came out in a timely manner, Presidentè Margarita was amazing. Shrimp Cajun pasta noodles were over cooked though nicely seasoned. Thank you peyton.

I always come to this location once a week but yesterday the food was awful and the service was slow even though it was father day it wasn't as busy but my burger was awful I took a picture of it going forward I will be eating a different location I never had a bad experience here but yesterday took the cake

The last few times I've tried to go to this location I've had to walk oit because it feels so uncomfortable in there. They shoving literally everybody in 1 section like a can of sardines, I know some people don't care about stuff like that but I need good atmosphere to enjoy a night out
UPDATE I went back with my fiance and the girl kept telling me how many calories were in the triple dinner even though I never asked. This location is a constant let down smh

On Mother’s Day, I went out with my mom there for happy hour drinks (our server didn’t even know it was happy hour and what the drinks were) and a quick bite to eat. Our server (wish I remembered his name but he had glasses) literally stood leaned up against the wall at the table next to ours talking to his fiancée basically the whole time we were there. He was getting her napkins, drinks always flowing, desserts, food out on time. How it should be for all customers but I could tell no one else mattered except her table. It was just unprofessional. He took everyone’s orders and checked on everyone around us except my mom and I. He brought our food and never returned until it was for the check. Had to go to the bar to get napkins and plates for our own appetizer because our server was nowhere to be found. Had to have the host track down our food. Also he messed up our drink orders right off the bat and I had to go to the bar to get them fixed myself only to see our server standing in the back kitchen and they saw me up there trying to get our drinks fixed and just kept walking past that’s how little they remembered we had a table. The bartender, Elise or Alyse not sure how it was spelled was fantastic. She was the only one working the bar at the time and she got us taken care of, got a manger to assist us. We tried to give the kid the benefit of the doubt but soon as my mom tried flagging him down in the beginning to get more salsa for our bottomless chips and salsa and he walked away while she was still speaking, I was just over it. But the bartender, she was amazing and so helpful and made our night better as well as the manager on duty.
