17 Open tables and the wait was 15 minutes with 6 total people waiting ahead of the 4 of us. We left...

We just tried to eat lunch but they forgot the lettuce, tomato, and onion for our burgers. We asked if we could just have sides of the condiments and I peaked back there and noticed the man was using his bare hands to grab all the food. We cancelled the order and Wilberto was very apologetic and prompt to refund the order. We ended up going next door to order food.

Yesterday , I came here for an early Birthday dinner after 4 p.m. I started out with one server very jolly but another server came back to the table and said they were changing shifts. What I didn't like about the second second server is that I felt rushed. You'd thought that it was busy in there but it was dead. As anThe other thing I asked do they off anything extra if it's your birthday. No answer and went to next table. I didn't make a stink . I was just like okay. So I decided to call today but the manager was there. Other than that she was okay but I personally didn't like the feeling of being rushed. I've always had a good experience at his location. I hope that the waitress will be more conscious next time. I really didn't like that feeling especially when I choose to spend my birthday dinner there this year.

Michelle was our server and she was 10/10! Quick and efficient, replaced the food we were unsatisfied with and was soo friendly and kind.

Sitting table options was a long booth on one side, table and two chairs on the other side, and too close together. We're not big folks and it was too close to next table. Stingy little plate of condiments for fajitas. Just sad. Service was excellent.

We was impressed last night of how fast our drinks came. The food took a bit longer. Waited about 30 to 45 mins for 1 appetizer..and it was just warm to the touch. 👎 The entree was a bit better.

I had a take out order and got all the way home and saw there was an issue with it. It was a pasta that had little to no sauce on it. I brought it back the next day and Nicki was so nice and took care of it right away. She got it remade and it was perfect! She also offered me a complimentary drink. The take out specificalist was very kind as well. I am extremely pleased with their service and how they handled the issue.

This was a refreshing stop before our 3 hour drive home from JAX. Our server was over the top, and stayed on top of our drinks. Highly recommend this location.
