Absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Nachos were cold, had to ask hostess for silverware and napkins, and didn’t see our waitress after she took our order. Drive the 2.5 miles to another one.

The Chili’s inside of River City Marketplace, Jacksonville, Florida, do not try to work there. Those people will play with your time and gas! I had an interview on Tuesday, was told to come back today, Thursday, just for me and like 2-3 other people to be told they’re not doing anymore interviews because they had already hired 5 other people! We were all confused and upset because why tell us to meet back with you on this certain day and time if you’ve hired the people you needed. It’s weird and annoying because my time was wasted! Their hostess was shady and rude and so was the managers when confronted about the situation. Do not try to work there!

I placed an order for pick up in the app at 5:30. Pick up time is between 552 and 557, still sitting in my car waiting for the text at 6:10. Finally went in at 6:15 to a big crowd standing in the pick up area all waiting for food. Stood there and waited another 20 minutes before my order came out. I was going to cancel the order instead of waiting, but they told another customer that it would take 7 to 10 business days to get their refund so I waited. As soon as my order came out I grabbed the bag and ran to get away from all the people coughing that were crammed into the tiny pick up space. I get out to my car and open the bag, the chicken crispers are literally dripping grease, an actual drip of grease came off them when I picked one up. They put the wrong dipping sauce in the container and the mozzarella sticks were cold. I’m seriously frustrated that these people get to keep my tip, I haven’t been to a Chili’s in 10 years and I will never go back again.

The wife and I went to Chili’s to eat. We had the fajitas and Burger and margarita the food was good. The service slow. The waitress was on point. She kept us updated on the status of our order. Yes we will be back.

Pam is perfect. I can't think of one single thing to improve her service. From beginning to end quick drinks, quick service, quick food delivery, quick to go containers, very pleasant bubbly energy, I haven't met any other servers but she has to be the best server I've ever had, thank you Pam!!!
