We contacted the manager of this chilis at 8:00 on May 8th and he refused to try and help resolve the situation with a very disrespectful attitude and etc. This is sickening and distrusting will not be eating here again because cooks can't cook

Food was bleh. Bland cold . Barely any sauce on my wings you’d think I got plain wings. Do NOT order brisket quesadillas… gross and so salty they’re barely edible. And I love seasoning. But this was NOT it.

Decided to stop by since I haven't been to a Chili's in years. I'll be honest the triple dipper was trending on TikTok so I was craving one. Haha had a nice meal at the bar with a couple delicious margaritas. Quick bite to eat after a long day with good service? What more do you need? Stop on in!

Placed an order last night(04/17) at 9:25p and after watching few customers come in at the bar a gentleman that arrived after me approx 10 mins got his food which was the same item I ordered, I asked the bartender about my food, she came back to me within 5 mins and said "oh I must of didn't put it through". I said 25 mins later and had I not said anything Id been waiting. I was too tired after working 14hrs to wait on her to put it in. Then she gave me my check for my drink, wasn't a I'm sorry or anything just my check! I'm like really you didn't put my food in and you give me a check for a drink!? I paid for it but this was awful.

Ordered food for delivery, steak was supposed to be medium, was actually over well done and burnt. Chili was burnt and not edible. Ordered chips and didn’t receive any.

We waited 10 minutes to get a table after getting seated we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to the table after that everything went downhill one part of the restaurant smelled like marijuana there was not enough staff for the amount of people should be more prepared on Sunday after church be a long time before I go back

The food was great I ordered Togo through the yelp app. My only issue was the server, when my order was brought out to me she had the audacity to bend over into my car window and ask me if I paid for my order. I contacted her manager to see if it was customary for them to ask such a question for a Togo order. I was extremely offended. He manager stated it is not that would be rude and they should be able to tell by the receipt. Will not visit the location again.
I just went to this Chili's with my wife, mother in-law, and two daughters. We asked for a table of 5 and were asked if we wanted a high top. We said no because of our two year old daughter. We wanted a regular table. Shouldn't have been an issue since 2/3 of the restaurant was empty at 5:37pm. The hostess said she had to go talk to a server. She came back and told us if we wanted that table we had to wait 10 min. Are you serious? I spent 18 years in the restaurant and bar industry doing everything from bussing to being a GM of a restaurant. Totally unacceptable. I will never be back by myself or with my family. Good luck on staying in business with that mentality!
