Minimal wait time, wasn't busy, clean place. Waitress came by quickly. I asked for just a plain Cesar salad. A few minutes later, someone came out with a Sante Fa Cesar, not what I had asked for, waitress was not to be found until later. The lettuce was mostly white and yellow lettuce.

I travel to Jacksonville several times a year, I'll be sure to avoid this place.

The steak in the chicken and steak fajita is not edible. Impossible to chew. The whole dish wasn't very flavorful. Service was ok. Beer was typically overpriced.

Charged my card twice for my meal. I can't get a hold of them as the phone number doesn't work. Now my account is locked while I file a dispute.

Edit in response to owner: You can't even select the airport location in the drop down. You can enter it in the blank at the top, but without picking a location in the drop down you can't submit a comment. What a joke.

They messed up three of our orders. They forgot the sides. Then when they did give, it was like 10 pcs of fries and the mac n cheese was barely halfway full too. For 2 of our orders we wanted honey chipotle sauce on the crispers and they put bbq instead and said it was the “new” honey chipotle sauce lol which doesn’t exist but ok. They got a new bbq sauce maybe? But turned out they didn’t have any honey chipotle to begin with.. So they could have just told us from the beginning that they ran out instead of putting a different kind of sauce and hoping that it passes smh. Had they said something from the beginning we could have chosen something else to eat or a different sauce instead of waste 20+ minutes for food to be fixed more than once.

If I could leave a no-star review, I would. I had 4 main orders and one side. The order took almost 40 minutes to be ready. When I finally got the order, every order was wrong and I did not receive the side order. Ordered two honey chipotle tenders but they our barbecue and when I told them, they said that it’s a new honey chipotle when it was very clearly barbecue. One of the tender orders came with fries but I did not receive it. I ordered to go so maybe it’s better in person but I highly doubt it.

Could only order by phone app. Issue w phone registerating half way thru, so waited for server to assist. Never came. Left $ for a water. Charged my card $1.95 for a water.

Useless. Apparently doesn't want my patronage as I come to Jacksonville.airport frequently.

Don’t expect them to seat you…stood there for 20 mins as they weren’t busy with them causally walking around saying “oh…the hostess will seat you” - what a joke! And from the looks of the reviews this isn’t a new problem nor a problem they intend fixing. You’re better off going to newstand stores and getting chips and a coke…trust me

Update: Since the below reply, I filled out the form, etc. and never heard back.

Did not have the best experience before my flight. I tried to order some food, and was instructed to use the to go kiosk - no problem. When ordering, the new system had some glitches. The waitress helped me and said she would make sure my fries were on the side (even though it only let you select mac and cheese as a side). I got my order about 30 minutes later, no fries. When I asked for them - they said sure no problem. After another 15 minutes, the cook came back from the bathroom and when the waitress asked him to make a side of fries, he brushed her off. My flight was boarding and I had to go - without the other half of my meal. When I asked again about it - they just said "oh... sorry". The food I did get was cold after waiting so long. Also, the location closed at 9 and at 8 they were cleaning and sweeping, and were annoyed that I was there ordering... would eat at the other outlets if possible before this chili's again.

Waitress Alexis was actually invisible… I could have left the table - left the restaurant- left the airport and flown to Hawaii and then fly back and grab my seat at the same table and Alexis still wouldnt have noticed. Seriously if you want free food and want to eat and ditch on the check this is the waitress you want to request! ?

Theme park food and prices borderline outrageous. This isn’t NYC or LA.

And as others have noted, this isn’t a real Chili’s. I don’t doubt they bet frozen food other restaurants wouldn’t touch

Great remodel but the service is very slow. The bartenders spend most of their time talking to each other and avoiding eye contact with their customers. The food prep time is longer than would be expected at an airport.

This isn't a real chilli's y'all. This is owned by some other company that just buys frozen food that no chilli's would actually serve. This place is a legit joke. Don't waste your money on cheap theme park level food. I'd be so embarrassed to work here ?
