Reason for REVIEW
Unprofessional EMPLOYEE in back shouting threatening comments to another employee, NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY. My family witnessed a hostile employee in back threatening and cursing another employee in back. (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND very Unprofessional)

Do NOT order mixed drinks in the morning hours here. We order two double shot vodka drinks, and if these drinks had at least one ounce poured, I'm Santa Claus's son. We were ripped-off by this place for sure. Order a cup of coffee, water, soda or beer and leave it at that. Just don't want anyone else to get taken by this place.

When I paid via QR, my tablemate lost the ability to pay their portion of the bill. The server told me she’d cancel my payment and charged the full bill to just my tablemate, who I then paid directly. Turns out my original payment directly to the restaurant was never cancelled and I cannot find any way to contact the restaurant directly to discuss.
Food was hot but bland. Missing the salsa all together. Won't give you a receipt. Atmosphere is like a run down airport Applebee's. Spent $21 for breakfast tacos and a coke. 1 piece of sausage patty was ripped in half and placed in each taco. Won't go here again.

I had breakfast while waiting for my plane to board this morning. Yes, breakfast at Chili’s. I thought it was weird, too!
The hostess greeted us before we even made it to the hostess stand. We were very quickly seated and our waitress was at the table just moments later. She was very pleasant and on top of things for us until the orders were delivered. She didn’t come back to the table after we received our meals.
The entrees were prepared as ordered (simply meaning what we ordered is what we got, but the bacon was NOT ‘super extra crispy’ as ordered. It was actually rubbery, seemingly re-heated in a microwave. Our toast wasn’t buttered, as ordered but rock hard packets of butter were put on the plates making it impossible to spread.
Our waitress never came back to check on us about issues nor refills. As were we’re getting ready to track her down for refills, (she and a man were the only visible wait staff we saw the entire time we were eating,) She came to the table and asked if we wanted an alcoholic beverage for the second time before 10am! We explained that we were finished, needed refills & our check as our plane was boarding. She then explained that her job was complete and we must pay through an app via QR code.
Why do we even have wait staff if we are to order via QR code, track someone down ourselves if we need anything, and then pay via app?

Where to start: QR code for menu, but it’s not Chilis its grub hub app. Who wants to sign up? Not me. Checkout has mandatory email and phone number or sign up with personal information? No thank you.
Absolutely hate this type of service- wait, it ISNT service. Might as well be a Buffett!!

They messed up a simple order. I got a grilled cheese with a fruit cup, and they gave me a grilled cheese with fries. I wonder if it’s because I didn’t tip them for a “to go” order. Won’t go back.

The electronic ordering is AWFUL! Seriously get some technology that works.
Tried to order at the carryout desk. Two very disinterested employees standing there idly chit-chatting with one another told me to order at the bar. Went to the bar - one bartender at a very full bar, frantically making drinks for about 12 patrons at the bar and everyone ordering cocktails from the tables in the restaurant. Went to Burger Fi. Forget Chili's.

I went here to eat while waiting for our plane. All the things that I gave a 2 star:
1) Blaring hard rock music. Not only do I think it’s inappropriate (I know some of the music and lyrics). But waitress did not follow through on turning music down
2) Wait time was long. We were a table of 5. A table of 4 sat two tables down from us and sat down about 30 minutes after and receive their food first
3) Waitress kept getting g our food order wrong. And also forgot one persons order all together even though she paid through the app.
Very disappointing and will skip this Chilis for dinner next time.

Companies have to stop using these QR code. I was we can use the QR CODE to pay the was charge. And then was told I didn’t go through and I had to pay again. If I’m heading on vacation because this is airport location why would this even be an option if he does work. Then they say it’s take up to 24 hrs to get back to my account. When it took two seconds to take my money out. Manager was not helpful and just repeating something that sounds like a program. I’m always at Jax but will never visit this Chili’s again. Just horrible. My server was great. Very attentive. but everything else including the manager was horrible. I love sugar but the waffles were too sweet. Do better.
