Great food!

Great customer service but not so good cooks. My medium raw steak was sent back twice ( it was well done both times) and by the 2nd time, I just wanted to leave and didn’t get to enjoy my food.

My experience as a whole id definitely give it a 10/10, from the food to the service my server Kayla was super on top of everything and was super professional about everything that the job requires i definitely recommend Kayla to others because she goes above and beyond for the guests and makes sure everyone is taking care of

My family and I are really satisfied with the food, but especially with the service. A girl named Kayla made us feel right at home. She was very friendly, attentive, caring, and talkative. Employees like her are what Chili's needs. Thank you, Kayla⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The waitress took our order, when the brought my sweet tea it was unsweetened. Someone else brought our food and was about to walk off. I had to ask for a different drink. The food was wrong and we never saw the waitress 1 time after we ordered. Worst service ever.

Wan was a WONDERFUL server! We were greeted quickly (even though he had a bunch of other tables) and we were given amazing service! I had a drink refill already waiting on me when I was almost done, out order came out super fast, and he could tell we would need a minimum of a bucket of ranch… what a great guy! I know servers don’t really get raises necessarily, but I hope to the Chilis gods that he has great shift times and sections!

Y’all are gonna wanna strap in for this one. I walk into Chili’s with my gorgeous woman beside me after making a tj maxx run for more vases because she didn’t have enough for all her flowers. We were seated immediately by this kind young woman with highlights. Our waitress was a nice lady with short hair, who was immediately attentive to us. Upon receiving our chips and salsa, they were cold, no biggie, I’m okay with that. The mozzarella sticks were good, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Now at the time of my order, I did not know that cheese was synonymous with grease. I picked my burger up and a grease waterfall met the paper and fries beneath it. I couldn’t even finish it despite the fact that I eat as if I were 600 lbs. Before leaving the table, I felt my arteries beginning to struggle. However, I was still waiting for my peanut butter pie. While it tasted good, the bottom half of it was like trying to scoop a spoon through charcoal, I mean it was impressive how hard it was, I thought I was going to need an auger bit for it. Get through the peanut butter pie, pay my overpriced check, and now I’m home. I’m layed in bed, minimal blood flow to and from my heart, my body crying out in pain, begging me never to go back. The big fat golden retriever won’t leave me alone because she smells the greasy bacon working its magic, she’s following me everywhere, her big back behind. I am NOT returning to this establishment, and I don’t think anybody else should dine here, I promise it’s for your own good. I put my body through many things in the way of food, and it never cries to me like this. Please, save yourselves, it’s not worth the triple dipper, go to the one two miles down the road. If you see a Chili’s headline due to a man suffering a heart attack post bacon greaseburger, know that man was me, and please send your condolences and perhaps prayers. Never in my 21 years of eating have I had such a disappointing, and frankly worrying dining experience. I genuinely considered getting banned for life just so I could ensure I’d never eat here again. I’m only giving a second star because it’s not Arby’s.

You should make people feel welcomed not discriminate. I brought my family in and I didn't get the type of service I felt I deserve. So I advise others to be wary of any place that doesn't treat you with respect and the very least
