We've dined here MANY times, and it always seems to be hit or miss. Our most recent visit was a definite MISS. We were greeted promptly, sat in a booth and our waitress came over within a few minutes of being seated. I think her name is Maria - she is ALWAYS fantastic, and we LOVE when she is our waitress. TOP NOTCH. Always smiles, has a great personality, does her job extremely well. Maria took our order, and it came out VERY, VERY quickly. I've never had food come out that fast - EVER. I looked at my husband as I found it unusual that the food came out as quickly as it did. We started to eat, and I very quickly realized why it came out so fast. I cut into my chicken, and it was COLD - not warm, not cool...COLD. My broccoli was warm -but barely. I didn't eat any of the chicken but did eat the broccoli as I was starving. We notified Maria about the chicken as soon as she came around again. She apologized and took my food back and said she would make sure the cooks prepared fresh chicken for me. My husband, who was also starving kept eating his food as I didn't want his food to get cold, waiting for mine. A manager, or who I presume was a manager (tall, thin, black man) came to our table and asked how we were. I told him about the chicken and while he expressed shock, he didn't seem that bothered by it. He said he would check on my fresh order and get back to us. While waiting, my husband had almost finished his meal, and my fresh chicken finally came out, delivered by another manager (white, older female). They did bring another side of broccoli as well. she asked me if it looked better and I said yes. She asked if I wanted to try it (while she stood there staring at me) and make sure it was good to go. The chicken was better but definitely not as hot as I would've expected it to be, coming directly from the grill. The new broccoli was luke warm as well. Maria did come by and ask if we were ok and gave us our bill, after we asked for a to go box. We were not charged for the 2nd meal however considering the meal was almost $20, the chicken could've made me sick AND my husband was almost done with his meal before my 2nd meal came out, compensation should've been offered (in addition to the 2nd meal). It was not a pleasant experience and the only reason(s) we would come back would be Maria and the fajitas (as those always come out sizzling). The food has declined and is subpar, overpriced and just not good.

I’m a huge burger fanatic and this has to be my favorite burger by far! If you like a good juicy and greasy burger, but so well made and stacked it’s like it was art? This is the one and I will order it again! Especially with the added mushrooms. The server was very nice to my family and I and was very attentive to us and our needs! This was a Saturday about mid day and it wasn’t too busy and everyone was friendly! Will come back!

I ordered the guacamole and chips appetizer but it got delivered to the wrong end of the table in our party of 11. Our server, Tara, helped get it corrected and exemplified compassionate professionalism. My wife enjoyed soup with raspberry lemonade as well as her entree. The others in the party had each enjoyed their choices, like the salmon and mashed potatoes; fried chicken fingers with macaroni and cheese and fries. The salsa was very delicious and I appreciated the chips being light and crispy.

Wiffee loved the 'Ribeye steak' w/Broccoli, 😋 seasoned 🍤 🦐, 'stuffed potatoes! 🥔 Nap time for her... as I have the 'leftovers!' Mmmm,mm good!

Food definitely has improved over the past few years. Servicevwas great, I know i didn't give 5 stars because I feel everyone can continually improve. I would recommend those restaurant.

Amanda did a great job, she was very friendly and provided quick service! Filled our drinks anytime they were low, and took care of us. Food was great too. We’ll be coming back again for sure!
