I've never been to Chili's before this visit, but for a first time I can say that I'm thoroughly pleased. Jake (our server) was so cool and attentive. The vibes are great. The food is delicious. Big Chili's guy now.

The servers were very attentive and very quick to help. I've been coming to Chili's since I was a child and I will tell you the quality of their food has gone down significantly. They got cheap with portion but more expensive in cost. I've been getting the three for me forever and remember when they gave you a whole bowl of soup instead of a salsa portion they now do. And their side salad used to have cucumber tomatoes onions croutons and cheese and now it only comes with tomatoes onions cheese and croutons.

We arrived and server told us wait for 15 minutes ! After 45 minutes i asked to talk to manager and she didn’t help us at all!! She said 30 more minutes !! And over 6 tables were empty ! Worst service ever !

Today my husband and I had a very long and stressful travel day so we were so excited to pick up our Chilis order, get home, and eat it. However this experience was anything but efficient. I placed the order at 6:50 pm for an 8:45 pick up time. I received an update that my food was ready at 8:54pm. I sat inside of the restaurant until 9:14pm before receiving my food. As soon as I walked into the restaurant at 8:47pm they told me they were bagging my food. I kept on hearing in the kitchen where is my QP Burger, that went on for about 10 min. Finally when I received my food, I asked the to go team member if there was a survey to fill out in order to describe my customer service. She responded saying she had no idea. I then said I placed this order at 6:50 and she said yeah but your order pick up was scheduled for 8:45 and I said yes but it’s 9:15 (30 min after scheduled pick up). Now I have worked in the food service industry and understand how busy it gets but a 30 min wait for a scheduled pick up and a lack of customer service was just not acceptable. Additionally our food was cold and we live 5 min from the restaurant. We will not be ordering pick up from this chilis again.

Man oh man where to start.. first off when you order wings with two separate sauces why would you not have them in separate trays so the sauces don't mix?

Secondly I walked in as soon as I got the text that it was ready, so how is the food cold?

Lastly, I had to ask for silverware and the person said I only give out silverware when you ask for it because they get mad quote on quote when they give out too much silverware. Like really, it's a to-go order not to go home order. Who knows where you're eating it.. not all chilies is like this I'm going to avoid this one

I was in there and Derrick was our server/bartender, I love chilis, I have never had an issue with chilis. But I could tell when Derrick walked up to the table that he was possibly on something.. just seemed very out of it.. and wasn’t focused.. we kept having to ask him over and over to get our drinks and then some of my friends food wasn’t right.. there was a couple times that he had walked by that he smelt like alcohol.. I didn’t want to put blame or judge.. but when he talked you could smell it .. and my friend also pointed it out and I know it wasn’t from alcohol spilling on him at the bar because the restaurant had just opened. But the food was alright, our food was OVERLY seasoned.. and we just couldn’t wait to leave.. the last several times I’ve been in there, the service hadn’t been great..

No host, forever to be seated when the location wasn't busy. Finally sat at a table, no waiter came over. After 30 minutes decided to leave. What a waste of time.

Always a good experience. Food has good flavor and always gotta get the chips and salsa. A little sad they gave up the 2 for 1 drinks, but won't detract for it since no one else does it.
