3 for me 6oz sirloin meal was fabulous! Perfectly cooked med rare, tender and juicy steak, yummy mashed potatoes and broccoli! Very tasty sangria.

Haven't been to Chili's in quite a while. Was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Food was very good and came out quickly. Service was very good and our server was on point on time and very attentive. Great overall meal and experience. Thank you chili's!

Waitress was terrible ! She never came back to check on us after someone else brought our food ! She was attentive to other tables and purposely avoided us which is very strange ! After confronting her when it came time to pay she stormed off after saying have a nice day ! No tip !!

I got Dr.Pepper unlimited refills chips with salsa and the Burger with cheese with fries all for 10.99 yes it is not a scam it really is that price.
The staff at this location are very kind and efficient.

Kid-friendliness: The tablet games at 2.99 for all the unlimited games they want.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location has double door made from a heavy wood and a bulky handle. I do not believe that is accesible for someone on a wheelchair. The parking for handicap is right infront the door.

We went to Chili’s last night on old st Augustine rd around 7 o’clock January 13th 2024 and we got seated right away, well we sat there and sat there but no one ever came, we ended up leaving after 30+ mins with no one to even take our drinks our host was very nice and doing a great job, but the other staff kept passing us by, vaping and on the phones in the back corner of the restaurant. Do not recommend very frustrating experience

Dirty, gross and horrible service. Fish undercooked and didn’t look seasoned at all. Asked for fresh since I touched it and put my fork into it. Got told I would get a fresh one. They brought out the same exact fish. Someone needs to look into their food safety policy. Once food has been touched by the customer it shouldn’t be allowed to go back into the kitchen that’s so unsanitary. I recommend not coming here at all bc you don’t know what kinda “quality” you’re getting here

Don’t eat here unless u want raw meat I asked for my triple dipper to be fresh they told me it was fresh to came out to my burger is raw I repeat if u don’t want raw meat than don’t eat here if I could give it a 0 stars I would that’s a food safety hazard serving raw uncooked food is not ok someone need to investigate this place asap !!!
