This is a childhood staple on the westside. The best Chinese food hands down! The steak and cheese eggrolls changed my life since a child lol. The food and service has stayed consistent since I was a teenager!!

I'm doing this review solely on their egg drop soup which is rich and silky very flavorful in with a great chicken stock base. I add scallions to mine and it really takes it up a notch. I've had many egg drop soups and this by far is the best I've had in a long time and I ordered this 2 times and they were consistent in flavor and texture. Great job!

Called the restaurant to inform them of two issues.
1. The driver was rude when given receipt for tip, she placed food on table on porch rather than handing to me as if she was upset about the tip amount.
2. The rice is super crunchy and not cooked thoroughly.
Upon having a conversation with the manager, she became upset at my opinion rather than understand my experience.
The manager stated that I could no longer order delivery only pick up orders since I did not like the experience.
I told her I would no longer patronize their place of business if it is a problem stating my experience and opinion of the food preparation.
I informed her this way of thinking could cause them to lose a lot of business because of the hot head approach which she did not care and refuted that the rice was cooked perfectly fine before ending the call.
The sweet and sour chicken and shrimp lo mein was perfect as I explained to her but the rice was not done.
Would not recommend due to the poor customer service.

This has been the best Chinese place I’ve found since living in Jacksonville. My husband and I always get general tso and it never disappoints. When I’m sick I send my husband to get me soup from them almost everyday if we have the extra money for it. Super good food so happy we’ve found it.

Monumental waste of $50. Literally the only thing in my order that wasn't terrible was the white rice and the egg rolls. The chow mein was bland. The beef wontons were really chewy for something that's supposed to be fried and my boneless spare rib combo had an odd cinnamon taste to it. It was also sickeningly sweet. Very hard pass for me. If I want good Chinese food I'm going to go to Jun's kitchen If I want mediocre Chinese food I'm going to go to Panda Express. If I want to get really pissed off after wasting money, find none of it to be edible and then order a pizza, I'll go here.

Delivery was very fast. The orange chicken was one of the best I’ve had and the rice was also very good. Egg rolls had a beautiful color and crisp. Very good customer service
