Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst chipotle ever. The place is always dirty, poor management and always running out of food on top of that anytime you place a delivery order the order is always completely wrong, taste horrible and bag are unsealed I’m not sure why they make more complicated than it needs to be but they need to do a lot better.This place has been opened for a while and has been trash every since the beginning nothing’s changed.

I usually order from the baymeadows location but for some reason the chipotle app delivered my order from this location and that is the worst thing that could have happened. I paid $50 for my order and the store didn’t give the driver my drinks also my bowls had a few beans in like 2-3 and which I hate beans , they barley put any of the spicy sauce on my food and both of the bowls were kind of skimp. I have never ever had this issue with the baymeadows location and wish the app would have never delivered my food from here.

Rude employees that don't wash their hands, I watched an employee going from cleaning trash to making food. They give you attitude if you come by before closing time, 30 min before. If you advertise certain hours then you still have to make food until last minute of that hour, I don't care that you want to finish cleaning earlier and go home, as a customer that is none of my business.

This is the worst chipotle in Jacksonville don’t come here ever first off they taxed me by putting one scoop of rice in my bowl and I barely had any food in my bowl too the queso didn’t taste good and three The service wasn’t that great to be honest I’m asking you nicely please do not come here

Veggie bowls with guac. The quantity was great and the taste was good. The place has decent seating space. Excellent for grabbing a quick bite that fills you up.

I ordered through the app and although it said my order was ready, I waited about 5 additional minutes. The burrito was worth the wait.

They are always out of from and when I ask how long it will take they tell me to get a life and throw my own food at me and still make me pay I do not recommend though the food it goood just don't give to this location.

I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars I have never in my life sat at the front of a chipotle line for over 15 minutes. No acknowledgement from the staff nothing. I finally see a worker making food for herself and ask what the issue is. The issue is the manager wants to laugh and talk and wait until people are frustrated and the line starts to back up… then they want to spring the workers into action. I am so infuriated and deeply disturbed by the situation. 5-6 people in the back and not one person could help.this truly used to be my favorite chipotle but I will never patronize this establishment again. I really watched a worker make her food for free while I waited forever to pay for mine.

I’ve never been to a chipotle with slower service. 30min to get through the line. 20 people in line and they have one person making the bowls and the same person checking people out at the register. 1 person behind the counter period. Several other employees walking around. Then the same guy making the bowls and checking people out stops and goes in the back and brings out more ingredients to stock. Didn’t serve anyone for at least 5 min while he stocked the food. No hurry at all in the employees at this location. Def won’t be coming back here again. Hodges Chipotle runs much smoother. They usually have 3 people behind the counter there. Very frustrating experience today.

Rudest staff. There is a super buff white guy who seems to be a supervisor of sorts, and he just seems too cool to be nice to anyone, including his coworkers. Never a hi or hello, and shouting orders to people like it’s the military. When I walk up to place my order he literally just stares at me until I speak. I go here often and I can tell he makes both customers and peers uncomfortable.

I hate coming to this location. All the workers even managers are so nasty and short with customers. I understand it’s normally busy but it takes seconds to say hello. They are always out of something like now it’s 3:30 in the afternoon, no queso. It's always dirty and nasty walking in, soda machine is leaking, napkins were all over the place, not one table was cleaned off..the worst. I wish there was another location closer, customer service is everything

This is the worst Chipotle ever!

I had to argue with the manager just to get the correct portion sizes for my order. He blamed it on food cost and said “You Keep Coming Back Though”. Very rude guy and terrible customer service.

Also I was paying for extra chicken I was not asking for anything for free
