worst location ever and they got to have the worst boss I've ever seen. I think the guy only hires young people to work for him so he can bully them around without getting any pushback. You can tell they're all afraid of him. The guy looks in acts like he does steroids and runs a place like some slop house. You don't even have the right utensils to serve your food and the utensils you do have have some unknown liquid at the bottom of the pan, you should be shut down by the health department

The worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle and definitely going to be the last. not only do you get small portions But your rice is undercooked. your sour cream is full of chives because your employees are slobs. You run out of everything. You as the owner or manager act like a freaking army drill sergeant confronting your employees in front of the customers about going to the bathroom too long. You don't empty the garbage cans enough allowing birds to hang out everywhere around the patio area which is understandable for birds begging for food but I'll provide the pictures for you. You run out of forks for your customers that come in there to eat but you can serve them for the to-go people and where you keep your spoons and forks and knives at has some unknown wet substance coating the tip of every one of them and at first I thought they were just melted and I realized it was a liquid. When I ask for a fork your employee tells me you're out of them but then you shout out to get him a fork and she doesn't even want to turn around and look at you because she's probably tired of getting talked down to and the way you talk to every one of your employees I'm surprised none of them has planned something devious for you yet. If you consider this your calling in life then maybe you should go back into the military and work on the Navy ship cooking for people since you think you know how to run a restaurant and if you like talking down to people to the point of them afraid to even look at you or speak up then you got problems I could see that you're annoyed that your employees don't tell you when they're running out of things until it's completely gone but I heard the girls saying to you over and over that you're out of things and the amount of barbacoa that I got on my plate was ridiculously small and as a matter of fact I think I cleared it with 3 fork full bites. The sour cream has chives in it because your employees are sloppy. You were out of so many items there was nothing to choose from and I didn't even know half of what I could get on my food because there was no choices to choose from at all because everything was out and every single protein was out. I paid $13 for an empty stomach and chewy rice. I would never come back to this Chipotle again let alone another Chipotle after this experience. It's no wonder I found all these reviews about filth and rats and that's a broad spectrum of all Chipotles. It's pretty obvious they don't care about their restaurants or who runs them otherwise you would not be there anymore. and the health department should definitely shut this one down

Went on tonight at 9 15 and they pointed at the food and said thats all we have... like no toppings dry rice .. I thought they were supposed to replenish until close. Lazy lazy staff. i just left

I’ve seen the mixed reviews, but I just went for the first time and had a great experience. Especially the front counter staff, she was very friendly and provided great service. Food was great! 👍🏼

The workers are wonderful every time I come in. I’ve been a regular at this store for years, but unfortunately the management is very lacking. David, a manager seems to love berating his employees in front of a whole store of customers. My condolences to that girl who was embarrassed so blatantly for, frankly, doing nothing wrong.

Woman working counter and manager are the rudest employees I have ever seen. Manager has worked here years always see him, never good. Also had to wait an hour outside because of staffing when there was plenty of employees already here

Found out why they never have carne asada! Over heard the manager telling the cook not to cook a lot of it because they make more money off of other bowls, kind of skumy because I came just for the carne asada

Idk who the little girl is with the blonde hair but like the other reviews said she was rude. I usually don’t write reviews but that was absolutely ridiculous. Big attitude for nothing.

yall need to get your shit together the behavior and attitude there is disgusting the girl making our food was rolling her eyes at us every chance she got, there was 5 people just standing there not doing anything and the manager was just yelling at people. I could’ve walked back there and made food quicker than them. It’s gross they cross contaminate food and it’s all a terrible vibe. They don’t even prep their food, they just wait until it’s out and then start telling people that they need to wait 30 minutes to have some. Y’all need to just shut that place down at this point I’m embarrassed for you guys
