4/8/24 Girl on the line at lunch messed up my order, then gave attitude and acted like I was the problem when asked to remake it. Why work with customers if you lack basic integrity ? It’s so easy to be polite :(

Wish I can give 0 stars I’ve been there twice the first around 10pm and there’s a lady there that seem like she didn’t wanna be there and was mumbling rude things and didn’t want to serve Customers but never the less I got my food paid and left 2-3 days later I went there again at around 10:30 this time and it was the same lady again was being very rude with looking towards the end of the line and shaking her head and when it was my turn she said “ u guys don’t get tired of waiting” it was still 10:40 and I ended up not getting food there and I will not come back very very bad customer service on her end everyone else is cool

The food was hot and good! However the service wasn’t very customer service worthy. The workers didn’t seem very happy to serve me and my friends and argued in front of us, . My burrito was also poorly wrapped and half of it came out so i couldn’t fully enjoy it. I think they need to work on their teamwork and be more friendly but on the bright side i enjoyed the food.

Just dropped by for a quick to go lunch at 3:10pm today. It was not quick at all. It took me about 15 minutes to walk in and walk out of the restaurant with my food. The place didn’t seem to be understaffed. They probably would benefit from one more person cleaning their dining room as there was dirty tables, no napkins, and low/almost empty fresh drinks. Finally, ordering my food… I greeted the gentleman making my bowl, but I did not get greeted back. He didn’t say a word the entire time, not even after I thanked him after he capped my bowl up. Lastly, was the manager who was cashing me out at the cashier. He only said two words to me.. “chips. Drink.?”. I thanked him (no response) and walked out. If I was the GM, I would demote this “manager” to wiping tables and refilling silverware. Embarrassing. No customer service anywhere.

The trash was overflowing, almost didn't eat there. I asked the manager if they had seen the garage at the door and she said yes. And proceeded to walk away unbothered. Very disappointing ?

It’s over an hour before close, but I guess they’re in a hurry to be done early because they’re already taking out all the tins and told me there were no more vegetables left when I ordered a vegetable bowl. When I tried to explain, I would not like the veggie bowl if there were no more vegetables left, the young woman was very rude to me. Left with no food.

Didn’t even pay for my food. Went in with my girlfriend after a job interview to get a bowl for each of us. The man in front of us ordered a burrito and the employee, a man with light hair and a septum piercing, gave him a quarter of a scoop of rice, we should’ve seen the red flag there. My girlfriend goes to order her bowl, gets a half scoop of rice, asks for more rice and gets no more than three grains. I go behind her, am given even less rice, a quarter scoop of chicken, and skimped on every other ingredient as well. I could still see the bottom of the bowl after everything, ordering 7 ingredients which were all fully stocked. I told them to just keep the bowl and I walked out. Y’all need to either fire or give some rigorous training to this employee and maybe learn a thing or two from the Chipotle locations in Millenia Plaza, Orlando. Or from Blanding Blvd. I have never been treated like this at a Chipotle and I go two to three times a week. Considered starting a physical altercation with the employee over the disrespect.

This is ac nice Chipotle location which is near a major shopping area, Towne center. There is plenty of parking and a drive though window. The portions are generous and I would say the pricing is staying relatively affordable compared to burger joints.Parking: Huge parking lot out frontWheelchair accessibility: Location is on first floor with modern accessibility

Been in to this location multiple times, and if you go anytime after 8pm, you won't even be able to get proper service or the correct food you ordered. The last time that I went into the store, the workers were too busy chatting and gossiping to even remember to give me the chips I purchased. I have ordered the last 2 times for delivery around 9:30pm and they have just decided to not give me chips both times, most likely just because they don't feel like it. On top of that, the rice is always unseasoned and just tastes like bland white rice. Worst Chipotle location locally by far. I'll be ordering from a further location from now on just to avoid this one.
