I walk in here every now and then around lunch time and I'm in and out fast. This place seems to always have fresh food and on point service. I haven't had a complaint about this place yet.

Went in to get the new family meal advertised. They forgot the extra large tortillas I ordered then acted like I was in the wrong when I asked for them. Then I get home and they also forgot the two large sides of queso I ordered so tried to get a refund online, they told me no offered me a credit for a free queso during the next order. So I drove back and then management doesn’t even apologize for me driving 30 mins out of my way for their overpriced queso and the DML employee acts like I’m LYING like bro be so for real you think I’d waste 30 minutes of my time for queso that I didn’t pay for? Lets be real. The cashier was very kind, everyone else sucked and management is very unprofessional and does not know how to handle manager type situations. Made a underpaid cashier take care of the situation instead of doing what he is paid for. Also portion sizes were totally skimped. Supposed to feed 4-6 but barley any more meat rice and beans than what you get or a normal burrito

Began closing at 10, extremely unsanitary and just them trying to get out by 11 so they dont have to clean. They also do not do a good enough job checking their drivers because they gave out an order 20 minutes ago, still haven't refunded the customer and will not remake it. La napolera and taco bell are a better experience

Supposedly this is double meat. When you pay like over 4 bucks for double this is ridiculous!!! Manager told me she made the order and her employees do too much and it’s a problem. Don’t go to this chipotle.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Had to order double portions because they skimp, and they are always rushing, have food and sour cream all over my food tray, hire people the right way, they always messing up the burritos, this place sucks and hope it closes down

Ordered a pickup for a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was supposed to be double honey chipotle chicken. What I actually got? A burrito so pathetically small it looked like it belonged on a kid’s menu. The bowl? Massive. The difference was ridiculous. I paid for double meat—where was it?! If anyone at Chipotle even remotely cares, I have photos and the confirmation number to prove it.

And here’s the kicker: I tried to talk to a manager. Guess what? Your phone system is a complete joke—zero way to reach a human being. So I went to the app. Entered the order number and my email. The “Pepper” AI you use to handle issues? Crashes the second you enter a confirmation number. Convenient.

So here I am. Stuck with half a burrito, no way to get it fixed, and absolutely no desire to waste even more of my time driving back. This was our first time at Chipotle in a long while—and it’ll be the last for a long time, if not permanently.

There are plenty of other places nearby that actually give a crap about their customers. Places where, if something goes wrong, you can call and talk to a real person. Clearly, Chipotle has given up on customer support. And honestly? That says it all. If you are reading this, please support local businesses… at least with most of them, they care more and you can call and talk to them when something goes wrong.

I have eat at this place over tens times..not one time I ever went there and I actually get a full portion of food..my bowl always looks skimpy..the guys who serving the food be shaking the spoon to make sure it’s level with the spoon like it’s the requirement portion..am done with you guys..from now on I give the location in orange park a try

I tried to call because I forgot to add something on my order and the robot wouldn’t allow me to connect with a Human at the store. Completely ridiculous. Don’t order the food for delivery because they won’t answer the call.

PLEASE DONT ORDER THIS DELIVERY. Every time I order delivery my order is messed up and they don’t seem to care. If you want your food right go pick it up and make human contact 😭

It's not alot of places where you can go to and eat a hearty meal! But when you go in and place an order I think it puts a bad vibe of the place especially when everytime you go they give less and less. The rice does not even cover a quarter of the bowl, then they get an attitude when you ask for more rice. Then the protein is literally 4 pieces of chicken gone in one bite, you ask for more chicken they say you want to double it.? I get inflation but going up in price and giving the customer nothing in return is crazy.

Taste wise the meal was fine and the staff were courteous, but goodness are they stingy with the meat! We MAY have gotten 2 tablespoons worth in our chicken bowls. I’m certain this is being done at the behest of the owner and manager. And $2.75 for a spoonful of guacamole is a bit pricey. Prices keep going up and portions are going down. Eating at home is becoming way more appealing.

The only chipotle where they try skimp you out on the meat and look up at you like it's ok its happened to me 3 times now 🤣 I walk out every single time for playing games. Don't ask me if I want double, give me the correct amount like all the other chipotles.
