Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in today. Went to look for utensils. The area had a few crumbs and food around it. I felt it was unsanitary, so I asked for Togo silverware which they said they didn’t have. I’m sorry how are they doing to-go orders if they do not have wrapped utensils or atleast fresh ones that aren’t exposed to crumbs and soda and food sauce in the back? My dad also felt it was unsanitary so he wiped his utensils down with a napkin. Kind of disappointing , I just saved my food for at home. Won’t be back to this one or any others. Almost $40 for just two people and can’t even get Togo silverware 😂😂😂 and they wonder why fast food is tanking in this economy. I mean seriously, I ate out of college dining halls for 4 years of my life where we had to grab forks and spoons and knives the same way and the area was always clean and spotless! Mind you there were THOUSANDS of students being served, not the little crowd that a local Chipotle gets, yet it was still kept clean.

If they aren’t going to give us the option on Togo silverware, at-least keep the utensil area clean and wiped down!!!

On top that the queso was very thick and dry. Looked OLD

There was one woman serving at the line alone. She asked one of the staff to help me but I told her I was willing to wait for her. Her staff stopped what she was doing and served me.

This chipotle has been great so far! We've been a few times already and we have had issues with other chipotle's not cooking their rice well... I was so tired of the hard rice that I almost gave up on chipotle until I decided to give this one a try since they are newer. Glad I did because not only do they cook the rice all the way as it should be, but it seems so much cleaner then the other ones in town and their customer service has been top notch as well!

I want to give a personal shoutout to Neily, and also De’Omonte for their excellent performance and customer service. The line was super long and they were able to get everyone served and satisfied very quickly! Cleanest chipotle in Jax hands down 10/10 on everything!

I went for dinner around 9pm, they were low on another of things rice, fajita mix, cheese, etc. It looked like the young men were ready to close and go home. The meat looked old not fresh. I just wanted the same experience as if I came in for lunch time fresh food to eat. The place didn't look welcoming I wasn't greeted when I walked in.

Awesome place, only 2 people there and VERLY helpful and friendly staff. The best Chipotle experience I've ever had. The staff, specifically Julian, were very happy and specific on every item. The only slight disappointment was that there were out of guacamole, but the food was still phenomenal.

October 16, 2025 One thing I noticed is that when ordering a bowl online, the portion size is much smaller compared to ordering in store.
It would be great if the portions were consistent.

i asked if they were open or not, employee open the window and slammed it shut before i could get another word in. i dont expect much but that was rude for no reason, immediately left and took my business elsewhere
