This was so so good I kept seeing it on tv about the brisket my granddaughter and I tore it down.

How does your staff not get to work on time? Website and door at location say 10:45 but you get there and they tell you they don’t open for another 30 minutes because “they don’t have enough food” that’s actually ridiculous. And then you can’t even call someone because the number to the store does nothing but try to get you to place a mobile order. Do better chipotle. Constantly disappointed from this store.

I decided to order myself some dinner, and I never really eat here, so I placed an order online. When I got there, I realized I placed it at the wrong location. Being as it was already 10:40pm and they close at 11, I didn't have enough time to drive to where my food actually was. Since they still had people walking in the door, and was serving them, I asked if I could just order and I'll pay again. I was told no. Even though there were people still ordering. They told me there was no way they could help me. Even though I was going to pay again. I guess they're OK with losing customers.

This is the third time I have gone here for lunch and received a burrito bowl with nothing but chewy and inedible steak. I've complained each time and the response and quality of the food never gets better.

The facility obviously needs a deep clean due to the amount of grime on the floor, around the baseboards and table legs, and at the drink station. Bathrooms are unusable. With prices this high, I would expect much better.

Looking for an inexpensive meal that you can take out? For 10 bucks, you can get a burrito that is huge filled with chicken or meat and lots of vegetables and beans and rice plus a drink. If you eat inside, the drinks are unlimited. Customer service was very attentive. I don’t eat my whole burrito and one sitting it’s too big so I cut it up and bits And keep it in the refrigerator to have several or more meals for lunch during the week. It’s a good value meal. I can make four meals out of my burrito. All you have to do is combine it with vegetables and fruits and you have a very healthy meal to enjoy.

This Chipotle is actually worth going to. Great service and food, unlike some of the other locations in Jacksonville.

Bad decision. I haven’t eaten at a chipotle in probably 8 years. After today I will never go back. Homeless people begging as soon as you get out of your car. Rude employees. That were too busy on their phones to direct me where to go to order. Bland tasteless food. Everything was cold. It was 11:30 am. Sour cream was runny. The best part of the meal was the stale chips. Brand new store. Don’t eat here. Should have went to McDonald’s next door.

The food was tasty, albeit expensive for what you receive. I wish the server explained that the guacamole was extra money, or I would not have added it. I will still patronize this restaurant and I'm overall satisfied.

I eat here for lunch each week and this location is very clean. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. I wish the portions were more consistent but for the most part, I’m very happy that they offer vegan protein options.

We visit this location often. We love the food. Chips always cold. Employees seem under pressure from management. No greetings and managers seem to run away instead of assisting customers. Some what of a cold atmosphere at this location.

I drive 10 extra minutes to go to this location because it is so well managed. Food is always on point and service is great.
