Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's very good...if they do not run out of what you want. Been there twice--first time-no black beans. The second time -no brisket...and it was advertised on ? TV!!!

Good food, as always. They are very busy. Give yourself some time. Don't go there while you're very, very hungry. They will take good care of you. Most of the staff is very young at age impatient.

Not sure if the girl in the drive thru pick up was having a bad day but she had a very rude attitude asking whats the name and asking what drink i want for my fountain drink.

Waited an extra 45 minutes after my food said it was ready at pickup. Prepaid for my order and couldn't cancel it. Just had to wait with barely any communication from the staff and no communication on the wait. Horrible experience after a long day at work.

We have gone here 4 times since it's opened and have had a complaint Everytime. The chips are never fresh and have often been stale. The staff is not friendly at all and there was something wrong with our order on two occasions. When I've gone in to pick up our inside we are never greeted and no one is friendly. Even though the drive through there is just really poor customer service. No smiles, no thank yous, no hello how are you. When I ask for sauces , the employees seem annoyed. I'm about to give up on going to Chipotle even though we really enjoy the food.

I don't recommend this place even to dogs. It's a complete disaster. I think what they did was a joke. My wishes were to turn around and ask for my money back. It was literally $53 thrown in the trash.

This chipotle has the worst portions. 4 out of 5 times I order a chicken quesadilla, there is not meat (2 small portions). In addition, I ordered a steak burrito bowl double meat. When I received the burrito bowl, we got chicken in the bowl, and it was not double meat. Obviously we ordered the meal through the app. Also, your employee who does your drive through, is rude and doesn’t even greet you. Do better

If I could give 0 stars I would…Honestly RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE!!! From the moment my husband and I walked in we could see these employees throwing a fit specially 2 women. We came 30 mins before closing and they had already took everything out so we couldn’t even see any food or anything. Also where they had all food they were cleaning walls and etc… which is gross..They were counting money on the counter as we were ordering and as people came in (which your NOT supposed to do by any means) This specific women I was talking about earlier she just had an attitude and was calling the other young lady cuz she was irritated more people were coming in… MIND YOU ITS 30 MINS BEFORE CLOSING!! Like me and my husband work late so yeah we can came in expecting to be served at least decently. Honestly food was fine but if you want to eat chipotle DONT GO HERE! I love chipotle but they need a real manger to actually manage this place correctly or SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I've been to Chipotle all over the US and a few places overseas and have always loved it. This Chipotle location has ruined it for me. Absolute horrible service, and I'm not hard to please. The cashier couldn't have been rude. The food prep area was filthy with excess food all over the counter, and the kitchen was a disaster. To top it all off, the burrito bowl I ordered was the absolute worst food I've had at a chain restaurant ever. The rice was undercooked. They were out of guacamole. It will be a very long time before I step foot in a Chipotle again, and never will I return to this one.

The picture speaks for itself. Horrendous. Also had dark brown guac and stale chips. I’m never going back.
