Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today, I completed an online order for guacamole and chips. The order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:30. However, when I arrived, the order wasn’t ready. I waited patiently for my order to be completed. I approached the front counter and spoke with Edna (the manager) about the status of my order, but the manager responded rudely and didn’t provide any update. Instead, she informed me that my order wasn’t the only one they had to handle and that I would need to wait. Even though there was no one else waiting in line, she refused to assist further or complete my order. She blatantly refused to fill my simple order and declined to provide a refund, telling me I would have to 'figure it out' on my own. The entire interaction was unhelpful and disappointing. Do not patronize this location!

Complete failure lately. I come here often as it is close to my work and up until a couple weeks ago they’ve had good food and service. Twice now in two weeks my order has been incorrect, and service has been terrible. Two Hispanic women used to run the window and make the food for the window. They offered great service and food! Lately it’s been a younger black male and a middle aged black lady at the window. They haven’t gotten my order right once, and they give off the perception they do not want to work there. No smiles and no personalities at all. Today they “lost” my order and I was in line for 16 minutes, while cars built up behind me. Then I open the bag and my bottled Coke is missing. Another few minutes to get their attention again I waited. I got back to my work place to eat and they gave me the wrong damn bowl! Totally frustrating. I never got my $3 guacamole either. Bring back the two other women! I know one of them recently had a baby. Hope she comes back soon! The two of them ran that store! Or at least have employees at the window that act like they care and want to be there.

The experience that I had at this place was outrageous. I witnessed the manager, Edna (or whatever her name is) talk to a customer as if he was blessed to be in her presence. He asked for an update and she immediately became rude with the gentleman. He asked how long his order would be, I believe he said it should be ready around 12:30 (some chips and guac) it was already 12:45. The lady pretty much told him it would be ready, when it’s ready. I couldn’t believe my ears. She then told the other employees not to complete his order and refused to give him his money back. I left as I wasn’t going to give her a chance to make me get out of character

The employees customer service is horrible. They are rude and have not been taught how to communicate with customers effectively. The entire crew should be replaced.

This chipotle was overall very bad and the service wasn’t as good as others I’ve been to personally, my 12 year old daughter asked for a kid’s quesadilla and they didn’t let her get one so instead she got a burrito and it ended up being wrapped incorrectly and had an opening which was sitting on one of the tables. I strongly suggest visiting other chipotles close by. Save your time and money and never go here

This is the worst Chipotle in town. They charge $8 for just a side of chicken and a side of tortilla. Don't even go to this place. Rating 0.

Portions are horrible, super racist staff if you’re not black. OBVIOUSLY giving smaller portions to white people, restaurant is new and looks so dirty on the inside not maintained at all. And witnessed a homeless guy walk in, fill his giant cup and walk out through the back door without paying or staff doing anything. Just run down, bad management on a new Baymeadows establishment. Sad.

This place is disgusting it is covered in filth, every table has food smeared on it. People loitering in the parking lot who aren’t customers. The manager treats the staff horribly and the girl at check out is hateful. The girl that serves the food is very sweet and always friendly to me though.

I've been wanting to stop in for a while and finally gave them a try. I ordered the Brisket Bowl. The brisket looked like overcooked pellets, not the large pieces advertised. The person making the bowl didn't speak English. The portions were small. The cashier didn't speak English and had trouble with the credit card machine. I won't be back.

The fact that I love chipotle so much and every time I purchase from this location they make me feel like I am begging for my food while I’m paying $13 for my chicken bowl to no chicken on my meal is disgusting. I’ve tried to give them a chance over n over but I’m going to stop because clearly they don’t care. I also order a bowl n didn’t have guacamole and sure ended up with guac in my meal.

Manager here makes food with less than fair portions. 22$ for two half scoops of protein is ridiculous
