Buyer BEWARE. Location will not deliver and won't tell you until the day you are expecting the food that they won't deliver. They do not take a credit card over the phone for a catering order placed on line either. My company had to pick up the order and not one person working there helped me to my car. I had to make three trips. I can see why they have less than a four star rating.

I’m so disappointed and I advise everyone who eats here to check their banks after purchasing their meals. I was charge $22.36 for a meal that was printed out as $14.94, the associate I spoke with would not give me a refund and made me call my bank to dispute the charge.

I honestly don’t have a complaint about the food at all. However I placed my order online and still had to wait for them to fix it. They have a lot of people working but they were all over the place. They need to be more focused on keeping the are where they make people who come in food clean. It was messy like nobody didn’t care all that food was just laying there. The young man who gave me my food though was nice.

Eeek lol idk Baymeadows. We were looking forward to this and it's not good. Chips are stale and the way the restaurant is built it terrible. The reviews are true. The staff is really nice the drink station is yummy. Chips always stale though,that's an issue! one time the young man literally couldn't decide which bag (out of, it must've been atleast 30 )to give me. As if he was hoping to pick a good batch lol. Poor kid.They were still stale.

This place sucks, arrived after driving Over 7 hours driving,When in to grab lunch, most of the displsy trays are empty. I’ve never seen a chipotle THAT messy in my LIFE so I asked Asked Manager if i could if they were cooking more food it was lunch time and they were relly not busy at that moment.. Wrll he was extremely rude to me as the woman serving was also, said Get Back in the back of the line, by then maybe we'll have some more food coming out. The servers were So Miserable.. I've never, ever ever dealt with people like this before. I did not get to eat lunch walked out unhappy.

I ordered through the app and each time the vinaigrette taste totally different. The quesadillas were all different. This restaurant has no consistency. The Carne Asada was tough and like rubber. The customer service was horrible. Picked my order up via the drive up window. She virtually threw my order and walked away. I had a question, but she ignored me. In that moment I decided I would not order here again.
