Ordered thru the phone, food should have been ready at 7:50pm, at 8:05 employee said a few minutes, it is now 8:21 and the guy was a bit short with me when I asked again. Also, I used the bathroom as I waited and there was NO soap and No sanitizer. Yuck. The girl making the food seemed nice and appears to be trying to get the orders out but the lack of soap, the wait and the unapologetic man has my rating at 1 star.

The little girl at the register @1:02 PM on 11/29 has a very nasty attitude. 5 people walked in to pick up orders and she told them all the order was not ready as the orders were ready for pick up, she did nothing to advise the customers after a while of waiting, customers asked if order was ready and thats when she handed them over. My guy if you don't feel like working on a Saturday then don't work but why have a lazy person working the takeout counter on one of the busiest days of the week.

I’m really only giving 5 stars because angelina treated us so good. Despite there being a line to the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and kind attitude. She gave us proper portions of everything we asked, even asking if the amount she put was enough for us. The other individuals on the line were kind as well but the service we got from angelina was superb and we felt compelled to let others know! Great job girl

This place is consistently dirty. I work right next to this location and I come in to see if they’ve shaped up and every single time it’s filthy. That’s worrisome because they’re dirty out in the areas where customers can see, so imagine how much more dirty are the areas that customers can’t see. I was just in there tonight and still dirty and they forgot sauces that I paid extra for. The employees look extremely unhappy and almost pissed at you when you ask them for something

I don’t know why I keep coming to this Chipotle, but I have definitely learned my lesson after this evening because I’m always disappointed. I came in person, and noticed the store wasn’t busy. I asked for a salad, white rice, chicken. The girl serving me saw that the white rice was gone, and walked off without even communicating. She goes to laugh with the girl making the online orders. I was shocked and literally looked around like I was being punked. After a few minutes, she returns with the white rice, finishes serving my food and couldn’t even ignore how DISGUSTING the bar was. They had no desire to clean, and there was a full staff. As I’m ordering, I’m noticing whoever was cutting meat and bringing fresh meat to the bar had NO GLOVES ON. As I go to pay, I ask for the dressing that comes with the salad, and was told that there wasn’t any. There’s never any dressing, simply because they must be too lazy to make it. If it were communicated to me when I asked for a salad, I would’ve left completely. Let’s top off this entire experience with there being no utensils stocked. Never coming here again, I’m disgusted.

I ordered two rice bowls (vegetarian and chicken) at this Chipotle. The rice was undercooked, but my in-laws, visiting from India and new to Chipotle, ate half their bowl before I noticed and reported it. The staff initially offered a refund or replacement, but the manager intervened, noting the bowls were half-eaten, and refused both options unless we paid for new ones. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since we reported the issue promptly. We left and dined elsewhere. As loyal Chipotle customers, we’re disappointed by this experience, far below the quality we expect. I hope management addresses this to prevent future issues.

Fairytail Landscapes

Yesterday was a pleasant visit. My daughter birthday was yesterday, and I was skeptical about our previous visit when we checked out. The young lady wasn't so kind. However, yesterday, the entire team was friendly, and my baby enjoyed that. Especially the young lady preparing the bowls. My daughter just raved on and on about her kindness. She told my daughter she was sorry she couldn't really hear her with the grill and music. But my daughter is actually a whisperer 🤣🤣 thank you all so much 💓

The employees were pleasant enough, but this place was dirty - which seems to be the norm according to multiple other reviews. There were many dirty tables, chairs were in disarray, and there was food on the floor. food on the floor. I order the same thing every time I go, which is very rarely because they're always out of something. Literally every single time I've been there, which has only been about 2 or 3 times in the last 3 years, they are out of something. I could go an hour before closing, or at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and it doesn't matter. The taste of the food was really off as well. It had absolutely no flavor, and the guacamole was very mushy, like someone mixed it for too long. Maybe they were out of salt and limes, because I tasted neither in my chips or in my rice. Due to all the complaints in these reviews, it's really very disappointing that so many issues do not seem to have been addressed by corporate office. This place needs to be shut down, deep cleaned, and the entire staff needs to be retrained. This location needs a reset.

The last time I went they “ran out of” ingredients because they won’t cook anything extra during the last hour they are opened. This time around the chicken was very overcooked, burned on the outside. The app is horrible and you cannot speak with someone when you have a complaint. I went back to the restaurant and was told to “get in the end of the line” if I wanted them to remake my food. I used to stop here frequently, this was my last visit.

This location is always out of ingredients, I have gone to this location multiple times and they are always out of something that is needed. For example, how in the world do you run out of cheese? Smh. After the last time when they ran out of the Carne Asada and it was only 6:30 pm, I decided that time would be my last. This location needs to get it together. I am normally very calm and patient because I get it, but it gets to a point where enough is enough. So one star is the rating from me, if I could give zero that’s exactly what I would give, zero stars for having zero ingredients.

Definitely go in the morning, the management in the morning is fantastic. Shout out to Maya, Meghan and the rest of the morning crew. My food is hot and fresh and the the atmosphere and vibes are great.
