I was looking forward to my burrito bowl all week, but was pretty let down :( the portions were very decent size. It’s just the rice!! The was tasted like it was cooked for MAYBE 5 minutes tops. So crunchy and unable to eat.

Workers are rude. Food was terrible. The worst I’ve ever had. The rice was under cooked steak as over cooked. The portions were smaller than usual due to the fact they had ran out of almost all sides. Overpriced for what we were given.

This was my first time ever choosing Chipotle, and I don't understand why many people "love" it. I was underwhelmed by the atmosphere and the food. I don't know how the black beans were sitting in juice and still managed to taste so dry. The rice wasn't all that great either. They also didn't have guac because they somehow ran out of it midday. I personally wouldn't recommend Chipotle, but overall, this is more of your "I'm not hungry, but I can go for some food" type of place. I gave it 3 stars because the food isn't bad, it's just not tasty enough for me to visit again.

I’m not sure how they keep their chips but 7 dollars for stale chips and if that was a cheese sauce I’m the king of England. The worst cheese sauce out there not even close to moes. The staff was too busy talking to each other to even pay attention to your order. Glad I had the receipt. Now I know why I stopped going to chipotle. 19.00 to throw most of it away.
