Chipotle Mexican Grill

There was a young man named Keem working tonight 12/2 7pm - when my fiance & I came in. He was helping the woman in front of us who became increasingly rude. He genuinely was trying to help her and asking clarifying questions regarding her order and he seemed to be new. She became severely rude raising her voice at him over TACOS. Another young lady took over the order and he made mine and my fiancés perfectly and even thanked us for our patience (we didn’t wait but may two minutes- pretty standard) once we were done making our order he wanted to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I had to tell him he was doing a great job after watching that interaction and seeing how he still treated my fiancé & I with kindness. This lady seemed to have impacted his morale a bit but he was still giving great service. Chipotle is lucky to have such a nice young man who is dedicated to delivering great service even when someone tries to belittle him.

Closed at 9:00 with no people inside, says it’s open until 11:00

This is very much a 2-star chipotle. Employees weren’t very friendly. The food wasn’t a good chipotle experience.

Not enough workers staffed. Every table in the lobby was dirty and the floor for lunch today. Bunch of the pans were out of food. Dishes stacked up all up behind the counter. One person preparing food to keep counter area full. Seen wha looked to be them manager pop up in the kitchen but than disappeared to the back with long line of customers and not too much food to choose from. Very poor managed location.

Third time the order was incorrect, and DoorDash only compensated me $4. The onus should be on Chipotle; they should have given me a full refund!

I ordered online around 4:57pm in the afternoon and it said asap pick up was at 5:10. I get there at 5:10 and I don’t receive my order till 5:25pm. It would have been quicker to just order my food there and leave faster for the amount of time I waited. And they didn’t even apologize for the long wait

Staff is rude and mocks you while taking your order, I was in uniform and they proceeded to mock me while taking my order for my family. In addition their protein portions are equivalent to a tablespoon.

Wednesday, 1:45. One table occupied. Disturbing how dirty. One tall guy prepping meats, one goatee guy serving, angrily, tossing the food. Portions good, tasty as typical of Chipotle. Greasy place. Loud woman demanding refund because of child seeing dirty bathroom. If another was near Id definitely go there, but this place shames Chipotle.

Why is the music so loud! I had to scream my order and he still couldn’t hear us!
We had to eat outside because the music is so loud! REALLY! Where is the manager!

Taking their jobs too seriously on water cups. I made a meal and can’t even get a small portion of a drink. Not only that, i received a low portion on my bowl. never coming back here again.
