This dining area is a mess! There are crumbs all over the floor, and the entire store is completely out of napkins. The chips are stale, the queso is sour, and my burrito is bland.

All the Chipotle, I have visited never shake off the avocado and give you small amount 😒, I was very disappointed about that. And when I asked too put more on both of them, which you're going to be charged for it. She still gave me another small amount. I love the one at the beach Blvd. They don't short change you on your order, I am spending $25.00 so I 🤷 wondering why I can't get my money worth 🤔.

I’ll start by saying not every Chipotle is the same. This location however, is the stereotypical one you see on social media that completely snubs you. We ordered 2 bowls and didn’t come close to filling half of either. When receiving rice, the employee did not even put enough to cover the spoon, same with the rice. Chicken wasn’t much better at all. It just felt like everything was being intensely rationed for no reason. This is not my typical Chipotle experience. For the $25 we paid for 2 empty bowls. I will never come to this location again and neither should you.

I like Moe's way better. I have tried coming to eat here 3 times and never really liked the food. The service is good and staff are friendly. I just can't find something I enjoy eating here

Now when they first came to town, didn’t like but over the years they have perfected their craft….The beans, the meat, the salads, the burritos.. they all have more flavor, most is fresh every day. The avocado is awesome, spices are nice not bitter or old. Put all this together in a bowl and you are in business. Now the burritos, wow, only takes one but two if you feel lucky… well do ya??? Naw really check them out for a good flavor experience and some locations might specialized in certain things you just have to ask. Try today and enjoy…

I was very disappointed with my experience first I go in there. The lady doesn’t greet me. Doesn’t say welcome or anything which whatever sometimes people don’t have good days it happens, but then she asked me what I want. I tell her what I want a burrito she over pours rice over pours beans my burrito is like 6 pounds And I understand sometimes we want extra portions, but there was barely any meat and then it just had a lack of flavor that Chipotle normally does have the environment looked kind of scattered and unorganized, and then the chips were really gross. They were so stale. I’ve never had such a stale chip. My brace bracket almost fell off, so I went in to get my chips changed out, and they still ended up being the same. Don’t waste your time.

I’m usually not one to leave a negative review, but I’m quite disappointed with my recent Chipotle experience. I had planned to order from Chipotle today and thought, “Why not?” I’m a big fan of their food.

When I received my order, I was shocked to see that the steak was almost nonexistent. The lettuce was also missing, and they didn’t even bother to put any on my burrito. I specifically asked for guacamole, but it wasn’t included either. To top it off, they sent me a big tortilla wrapped in tin foil instead of the regular tortillas I requested. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even provide any utensils.

I’m so disappointed with this experience that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

4 employees. I waited for close to 1/2 hour for a 2 burrito bowl order! There was 1 customer in front of me with a large order and no other employee cared that the customer line was being ignored for over 20 minutes. Horrible customer service. Very slow
