I ordered a Wholesome bowl that is supposed to have CHICKEN in it. I picked it up and drove back to work only to find there NO chicken at all. I tried calling to resolve it but couldn't speak to a person so now my Lunch time is GONE and all I have is guacamole and lettuce. Chipotle's Customer service support system is the WORST. I'm out a lunch and they can't even bother to put a person on the phone but there "pepper" online assistance was kind enough to give me a free entrée. It doesn't seem to matter that the entrée I ordered was not what I received, that there was NO chicken at all in the order and that I'm out the time it took to drive there and back. What's worse, this was my 1st time eating at Chipolte. It may be my last.

Got there and someone had stolen my order. They put all the to go orders on a shelf which is kind of stupid because then just anyone can come in act like they're an Uber driver and take your order. Dumbest way I've ever seen to handle a business

Very good food, fresh and without much waiting time. The service and cashier team were very fast and friendly. The only thing is that they should pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the place in terms of the tables and the drinks area. Otherwise it is a good place to eat
Stopped by 1045pm...doors closed and staff already had place cleaned. Apparently, they like to close early.

As an employee, you get paid minimum wage by corporate to deal with childish and dumb customers like from the reviews below. Management here is great, it’s just the district manager and corporate that are evil. Customers here can be crazy.

The food was good.... My rating is not about the taste it's about the availability. My first visit and items were out on the line. I would recommend it as a place to eat and I will be back. If items would have been available my rating would be all 5 Star. Again my visit was very positive.

Horrible customer service, the kid on the grill is a liability to the restaurant. He thinks he’s on the streets and can talk to paying customers any way he wants. He’s a timing bomb waiting to explode. . . A person with such bad attitude should be kept away from common areas at all times. The staff doesn’t take the initiative to clean up the establishment when traffic is slow, they rather be on the phone or playing around. This place doesn’t deserve to stay open and this is why I do not recommend anyone to go there
I frequent this restaurant and have never had a problem. TODAY, I had an issue with an apprentice named Keylor Pesantez. He was working on the serving line adding queso, which we all know is requires an additional fee. I ordered double chicken, like usual and noticed when I got to the queso, also typical, that Mr. Pesantez gave me half a scoop, so I mentioned it. He gave me another scoop but charged me double. I mentioned that I did not want double queso, just a full scoop. He insisted that he gave me a full scoop both times and refused to charge for one scoop. When I voiced my disdain and that I would be contacting management, he chimed, I don’t care; I have one week left. That would explain his attitude. The order came to $15.80. I politely requested a refund and wrote this post. Amazing that employees are rude and have such low regard for the companies they represent.

A nice Chipotle in the Jacksonville area.We came for an easy dinner after a long day and we were all craving tex mex. It hit the spot.The staff were super friendly and fast at this location. The portions were good too, back what I remember them being pre-covid.The dining room was a bit messy so we chose to do take out, but overall this is a good Chipotle.Recommended!

Food pretty good. People working the food very polite and kind. The interior though kinda boring and bland. Seating isn't very comfortable.Vegetarian options: You can get no meat and animal products. But I don't know how much has been contaminated by being close to non vegan and vegetarian items.
