**The worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited.**

This location seriously needs attention. The service was terrible from the start—staff were unfriendly, acted like customers were an inconvenience, and showed clear attitude instead of basic courtesy. The countertops were absolutely disgusting, and the overall food prep area looked dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not what you expect from a place serving fresh food.

Online orders were backed up for almost an hour, with no communication or apology from the team. Everyone waiting was frustrated, and the employees didn’t seem to care at all. Whatever happened to customer service?

Overall, this was an awful experience, and I won’t be returning. Chipotle needs to do better.

This location is usually really good.
However, I don't know what happened today. We went in for the pre-thanksgiving bogo, and they were out of pretty much everything.
Lettuce, cheese, onions and peppers, carne asada, guacamole, pico and other hot sauces. When my husband made a comment to the cashier about getting something to make up for whay they were out of she said it doesn't work that way you're already getting one free with an attitude.

Love every chipotle service and food is always good! But the service at this location is super super slow. One person on the line and no other person wants to jump in to help their co workers to get customers their food.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The lady doing the food gave less than 1/2 a spoon full,food was crusty. Ordered two bags of chips only received one and the check out last refused to give the second bag,drinks where out,bathroom was gross and without toilet paper or towels,restaurant itself was dirty.

This experience had to be the worst I’ve had at any location. Half scoop of chicken (7 pieces (I counted)) rude staff, I asked for a half scoop of beans and proceeded to watch him pick up a full scoop of bean juice and poured it on my rice. I was wearing church clothes and would hate to assume that the worker had something against my religion and took it out on me through my meal. Very disappointed in this location.

I eat chipotle more than most as it’s one of my favorite quick meals. The line moved slow but that was fine as it was rush and I expected that. When I got to the front to order the gentleman making my bowl asked want I wanted, I got my rice and then asked for black beans which they were out of then rolled his eyes as I said I would wait for them and anyone else could just go in front of me. Then I guess out of spite gave me no joke like dead serious 5 pieces of chicken. I asked if he could give me a full scoop and he said that would be extra. I moved on and continued to order I asked for a little hot sauce and he gave me the largest scoop he could. WOULD NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Everything was out where you get your drink and very dirty

Little League baseball is back! We always enjoy a meal with the grands after a baseball game.

The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. This was my first visit to this location. We will definitely come again.

I’ve came 4 different occasions at 9:45pm and every time without fail there is no chicken or steak left. I believe this location closes at 11 but kitchen apparently closes at 9. Might as well close the place at 10:00

Love that this Chipotle is next to the gyms. There's never any food available the last 2 ish hours it's open so if your not going to cook more Protien might as well close down for the night..
