It's hard to believe that Chipotle has become the cheap fast food option. At under $10 for a chicken burrito bowl, that's hard to beat. But paying over $3.00 for a fountain soda should be criminal. Very consistent quality.

JFC how hard is it to COOK rice??? does chipotle realize that rice needs to be cooked for a long time and come out SOFT??? not crunchy??? it’s unbelievable that the workers can plop a scoop of rice into a bowl, hear it clatter against it (because it’s NOT cooked) and still serve it to u.

Weirdest explanation. I can see corn salsa on other counter but server refused to give it because it is saved for online orders only because online orders can complain but guess what we can complain too. I wouldn’t mind but I am vegetarian and corn is a key ingredient in my chipotle meal.

My girlfriend and I frequent this Chipotle multiple times a week for our late night food desires. We appreciate this chipotle’s late hours and their consistency, only complaint being that they are occasionally out of multiple items and we then have to rush to a different location. But because we go so much we are more likely to catch them in these vulnerable moments so I cannot be upset. Most employees are quite kind and give us good portions. Maybe y’all could give town center Chipotle a seminar on how to run your business. Thank you San Jose Chipotle for being reliable.

Store appeared very dirty , the food counters were not clean and full of food. Very messy. Additionally, the cashier had a major attitude for no reason. Will not be visiting this location again.

I went there to have a lunch with my daughter. Restaurant was empty, were there olnly 2 customers in the dining room. I waited at the steam table for 18 min there were 3 cashiers talking no one of them welcomed us or said anything. Manager was taking reading and watching us like we are hiding. The cook finished from preparing rice batches and came looking to the steam table and walked away with silence. Finally after full ignoring I walked to the register and asked you don’t see us been waiting there, they all included the manager said no we didn’t see you then I left and no one of them attempted to say anything to keep us. For the area manager this question. Why you have all these paid people if they pushing your business away?

The was the most bland food I have ever had. Not seasoned period. I should have known when I went in for lunch and there was no line. I will stick to the Atlantic Blvd location where the food is seasoned!!

Dirty restaurant, none of the staff care.I mentioned the need for cleaning and was told it's not their job. They only cook and serve customers.

Place used to be good, but this time and last 4 times I've been in the rice is undercooked to where it hurts my teeth chewing it and the guacamole tastes like no seasoning has been added. Just done with wasting my money here.

Arrived around 10pm (They close at 11pm), and they didn't have several food items. They were already attacking chairs on tables. I think they aren't used to closing later now. The chips I received didn't have any lime or SALT.. nothing. The staff definitely already had a closing time mentality. Sadly, this is the better of 3 chipotles that I frequent here in JAX.

If I was doing the tik tok trend for ins and out of 2024 chipotle would be OUT. Every time I come in this location they are out of everything and the portion sizes suck. I don’t know why they stay open until 11 when they are out of everything by 9:30. With very little ingredients on the menu they should stay mostly stocked up. At least the employee at this location tells you what they are out of before they start making your order which is appreciated.

I got to this chipotle at 9:30 with my friends after an amazing gym session ! We went inside to order only to find out that the food was be rationed like 1995 communist China. Wow, utter shock. We asked for bowls and when we were served we could see the bottom of the bowl with the amount of food they had put in. I went home and ate sleep for dinner. At least 4 other groups of people came here and left empty handed because the staff either forgot to make food, or didn’t want to entirely. The food was the worst quality we have had yet and we come here legitimately around 15 times a month. I overheard the workers talking about we sold 15 tubs of rice today. ? make more. The door says the close at 11:00 but there was nothing left at 9:30. Disheartening. Was expecting a great healthy meal from the chipotle we loved only to see it fall so far ?. Praying that these issues get fixed.

I usually like this place. The two last orders (1 thru the app and today via Grubhub) have been a mess. Chicken is way too spicy, not enough rice… and the bowl is all messy) definitely disappointing to know a place serves great food and getting your food delivered and not enjoy it as much!
