Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service is great , the employees working there are all on the same page , very kind people and the place tends to stay clean even in busy hours. They don’t slack and they really seem to care. Been coming here for years , thank you 🙏

Got an order for pickup. Rice was so dry it was rock solid and made the entire meal impossible to chew. I’m the furthest thing from a picky eater but this was just bad. Don’t waste your money at this location I’m now reading other reviews and see a trend here.

This location is the worst. If the manager isn't in, the staff really don't care. There is never ice at the soda machine and half the time they are out of most fountain drinks yet still sell you one without telling you. The chicken was terrible. I was several bites in to my bowl before I noticed an odd taste coming from the chicken. Took a single bite of chicken and nothing else and had to spit it out. It tasted spoiled. The rice was hard, beans overly salty, and tomatoes don't taste fresh either. I ended up throwing the food away and walking out. The people working there seem like they hate their jobs. Zero customer service and informing them of things like the soda machine not working, them being out of napkins, or out of utensils just ruins their day. This is the 3rd time in a row I have encountered some combination of the above mentioned. I won't be back. I have read similar reviews so I am surprised to see this location still operating. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this location and find another place to eat lunch!

I ordered online for pickup today around 9:10ish. I Doordashed two different orders from there before I decided that it smelled really good and wanted to eat there 😄. My first time trying their quesadilla, I actually decided to eat it the "Keith Lee" way (I think).
I think they already knew what was up because my vinaigrette came in the souffle cup up on the side. Appreciate that btw ❤️

The food was nice and hot and ready when I got there, There was a decent portion of meat in the quesadilla, and It was super cheesy. You've got some great workers at the store chipotle!

The picture I shared I already put some of the sour cream in the vinaigrette. Honestly it tasted just as good without it. I guess if you eat their quesadillas a lot it's a good way to switch it up.

I had originally planned to pick it up and continue Dashing while snacking on it but, personally? I had to pause my Dash to devour it because it was that good.

Easily one of the worst Chipotle's in Jax. Service is extremely slow. Food is cold. Chips are stale. Portions are small - I ordered a steak burrito and it literally only had 5 pieces of steak. The tomato sauce tastes rancid...are you trying to food poison your customers? I also ordered queso dip and they didn't put in the bag, so I had to return to pick that up. It's rare that I leave food reviews, but this goes go to show this was just THAT bad of an experience.

My teens went in for an order and got half the normal portion size. Workers were super slow. You could see the frustration on other customers faces. When my daughter asked for rice the worker said he didn't have enough but might have more in the back. He didn't bother checking. Instead he split the normal rice amount between 4 orders. Will not be returning. This is the second bad experience here.

They literally had nothing. Gave us the smallest portions ever, workers were slow, didnt have half of the stuff we ordered. Paid full price for not even half of the regular size. We ask for more and didnt even add more?? They had more in the back and didnt add more. Terrible workers.

This is the best and most organized chipotle I have ever been to. Not only were they very friendly and efficient, there is always enough food in the bins. Tyler was so helpful and and personable!

I can’t order online tried 10 times used two different cards. I can’t call because it won’t transfer to the direct location so no help.

Update 11/20/24: We went last week, and when entering they advised that they've switched to digital. You have to order online and you can't sit and eat - it's takeout only. This in itself is weird and I don't see how long that can actually be sustained, but to each their own. The workers were rude about it. We go outside, place our order online and wait. We get our food and of course there is considerably less. Disappointed and likely wont go back to the location.

This Chipotle is busy a majority of the time. Depending on the worker, you could get skimpy portions. Overall, this is a good location.

When you takeout, you get an embarrassing amount of food compared to when you dine in. It’s like you have to watch them scoop your food. And what is with the 12 chips being stuck together and still soggy in my bag?

I had to order ditally while in the store I ordered a veggie bowl and got home to see meat inside of my bowl I’m pissed

Extremely rude staff. I was ordering around 4 today and the woman taking my order was extremely unpleasant and tossed my food on the counter. Just all around seemed like she did not want to be there and had an unfriendly attitude. I can’t say I would come back to the location again.
