Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came here at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. There was one person in line. Never received a greeting from the staff. Every table is dirty. Went to go get some napkins but both dispensers were empty. Waited 5 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me and then say that he is aware that the there are no napkins. Kitchen prep table was absolutely disgusting (see photos) and puddle of water on floor. Employees just walk in it with no desire to mop. For all the “beautiful” ads that Chipotle runs, this is their real deal. Will never eat here again.

Awful experience start to finish. This location is open til 11? I came in at 8 and they were out of a bunch of stuff and not making more. Staff was pretty unfriendly. Ended up with essentially a bowl full of rice. Will not return to this location.

Look for Katie! Absolute best service. Always takes care of me and the family when we stop by Hodges.

Service was very slow. Dining area was filthy.
Poor management was written all over the place.

Staff is terrible, The restaurant itself is filthy, trash, overflowing from the trash cans onto the floor. The employees look miserable and excessive wait times.

This location is always terrible unless they have zero customers in the building or if the manager is on the line (crazy hair light skin dude he does kill it so I’ll give him his flowers) they were busy I waited in line for over ten minutes finally get up I ask for the steak bowl she is moving so fast adds 2 to 3 oz of steak so I ask if that’s all I get? Says yes so I said I guess I have to do double meat. I get to the register over 20 dollars… ya I walked right out you guys really need to figure out how to give the correct portions because it’s never consistent

I don’t usually leave reviews, this place deserves one. Pickup order, the food was very poor quality. I got like 5 pieces of chicken and they were so dehydrated I thought I was chewing wet wood. The fajitas vegetables are just pickles vegetables, no sear. Lettuce is low quality.

Absolute waste of time, im not a guy who leaves reviews or comments anything but after this being my 3rd time getting bad service and food im sick of it. Christian served us and gave honestly ridiculous portions for the amount i spent, and when i asked for just a tiny bit more of steak since i was given not even half a scoop i was rudely told no. Worst chipotle in jacksonvile dont go here.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. We came in at 9:00PM, and they had already cleaned the food station. They also stated that they were only taking digital orders. We ordered in-app, with a promise time of 9:20. We waited over 30 minutes. When I went to check up on our order, a worker named Isaiah had forgotten to bring it to the front. Completely inexcusable, especially given they were closing two whole hours early. Will not be coming back here.

Went in an hour before closing last night after a long day of travel. Super friendly closing staff, all items were stocked/warm, and I got out of there for under $10. Thankful they’re open until 11pm now!

I’ve been going to this location for years. The food is always great and the store is clean. I met Jordan who I think is the store manager today who came by to see how everything was. He really takes pride in his store. If he’s not he should be. 😎
