Chipotle Mexican Grill

I stopped at this Chipotle today and was really disappointed. There were only three people ahead of me, but it still took about 15 minutes to reach the counter. The prep station was messy, with chunks of chicken mixed into the carne asada, which was nearly empty and looked dried out.

I asked twice for fresh carne asada since I don’t eat chicken, but the employee just stirred the chicken into it and used it anyway. I spent almost $20 for a drink, three tacos, and the new chimichurri sauce (which was actually great), but the rest of the experience wasn’t worth it. I could’ve gone to a real Mexican restaurant nearby and paid less for a better meal.

The food prep area was a total mess, not being kept clean during the day. They were running out of essential items like rice, and just not managed very well.

If y'all want a clean restaurant don't leave your trash on the tables/fountain!!! The rushes are intense with lines out the door for up to an hour straight, staff is mostly concerned with getting everyone their food and out the door so they can have time to clean! That being said, staff was friendly and the girl who made my bowl was cheerful and efficient. Music was quite loud, but when I asked if they could turn it down they looked relieved lol. Overall 9.5/10 experience!

Worst chipole I've been to. I ordered my usual chicken bowl. The guy there take a small scoop on everything, then shake some off before putting into my bowl. In the end I got less than half of the food comparing to all other places. Then the bathroom is not clean. There is visible dirt on the toilet seat and flies over my head. Needless to say I Won't come back here again!

The worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had 😭 the entire burrito was freezing cold? Sour cream leaked everywhere because it wasn’t even wrapped. Whoever did that is lowkey the worst…

Placed an order to go today and the chips were stale the girls looked at me like I have 5 heads . Had a hole problem with me over the chips being stale .

This store is always a problem. Stale chips with to go food if they remember it. To go never makes it to the shelf. Always late and then employees have attitude.

I have been coming here since they opened, and it's always been our favorite! The staff are usually great, and the food is always fresh! They are now open until 11pm instead of 10pm!!!! This is great news for me, so thank you! (Most restaurants in the area close at 9pm 😬)

Never can wrap a burrito without it looking like a war crime. always rushed and wrap the burrito when they don’t feel like adding anything else. To top things off never take my wife’s celiac disease serious and give horrible attitude when we ask them to do a simple task like changing there gloves to protect her health. the place and employees are an absolute joke

I ordered food from Chipotle on st Augustine rd in Jacksonville FL. I saw the picture of tacos with lettuce and tomato. I made my granddaughter wait while I made sure that I wanted to order the three tacos. And it was not create your own. All I could hit was sour cream. Anyway $20 later it's just ridiculous and it was just not good. I'm very disappointed

Typical Chipotle food. The staff making my burrito was nice, gave good portions. The rest of the staff seemed like they could care less. The place was super messy and the bathroom had no paper towels. It wasn't crazy busy but I might have been there right after a rush. If this was in my area and I wanted Chipotle I would go to a different one if I could.
