Everytime I go to this chipotle they are out of numerous items. I never go after 8pm. Tonight I went around 7pm and they were out of guacamole, napkins and forks. This is almost an every visit occurrence and unfortunately it will be my last.

They’re out of brown rice, fajitas, barbacoa, queso. I get my bowl, drive back home, the white rice is uncooked. it’s hard, wet and crunchy. it is completely inedible. i called management asking for a refund and they told me i have to come back in person to get it. it’s actually unbelievable. never coming back i hope the place

The manager of this place is a joke. They gave me the wrong food after waiting an extra 20 minutes, and the manager refused to make me the correct order. She told me to call a number and request a refund instead. She didn't have a care about customer satisfaction and was not very pleasant to talk to.

They will skimp you on everything, even if you pay extra!! (I didn’t know cheese was extra until I came to this location, same with the dressing). Better off going somewhere else where they actually give you decent portions. $11 for a sad veggie bowl is not worth it

Don't even order/go here man, I swear, anytime I order or pickup an order it's a 30min+ wait. It's not even worth it. You paying 15+ for awful service, awful food, and an awful experience overall. Save your time. Ignore this place. They needa just shut this place down and put ANYTHING else here.

This chipotle is absolutely disgusting. I’m appalled, regardless if this was a 5 star resturant or a mcdonald’s cleanliness should always come first. Every time i walk into this chipotle the tables are dirty, the kitchen is dirty, and the serving area is dirty. Their ingredients are cold and they don’t even give you what you ask for. The manager clearly doesn’t care about his restaurant considering how dirty it is. I only go here because the other chipotle is 40 minutes away from me. Pretty nasty place

Waited forever on my takeout order since they didn't want to put it out on the designated pick-up shelf because it was apparently "too heavy." When we asked about our order, they were judgemental and clearly lazy and slacking off around the counter. They kept rudely staring at us when we were waiting for our order for over thirty minutes, but nobody took the initiative to ask us about it. When we finally got our cold food, my burrito bowl was half full and queso was spilt down the entire bag. My bowl was the portion size that a toddler can eat. For the amount of money I paid, they barely even added any rice in the bowl, and there was like three pieces of meat. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at ANY food place.

They have 4-5 people waiting outside at 10:45 and they have people walk up and walk away! They didn't open the doors untill 10:59 no apology or anything to anyone then they make every stand in line and wait another 5 minutes before they help anyone lol...this is by far the worst chiptole I've ever been too and I eat chipotle atleast 3 times a week.

Places my order over the app, came to pick up the order and it was taken/stolen by someone else. Asked whether they could make another one, staff was so rude. Had to call the support and wait in the line for 30 minutes for them to give a refund. Extremely bad service. Would never go back again to this

This is the worst place ever, we keep coming here to see if they can have all the food available and always something is missing. Rice, vegetables not to keep mentioning most of the products. The manager does not want to show up in the front. Many people come and have to leave due to insufficient preparation of the place. Is a quite annoying to come to a place to encounter the situation that people are not ready to receive customers and in top of it not care that do not have what it takes to run a business. If you know that you are going to run out of product that is often used like rice and others prep for it quick. I think sorry does not cut it. I wonder what the management is doing to correct this situation that repeatedly is an ongoing situation. Hope it is fix or close for good.
