More concerned with closing than serving. Skimpy on my plain chicken bowl of only brown rice, romaine lettuce and cheese.

Behind the counter was a mess. Server made my bowl like she was slinging slop at the local jail house and the food was bland and lacked flavor. Prices are up while food quality and prep are down. I will not return anytime soon.

This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The brown rice is always hard, they’re always out of everything, especially the salad dressing. Lettuce is always wilted and soggy. Tortillas are chewy to the point you just have to unroll your burrito and eat with a fork. I got a side of sour cream and there were chunks of corn and chicken in it. The employees don’t care about the quality of food they’re serving and management obviously doesn’t keep tabs on what is happening in their own restaurant. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location in 2 months and all three times have ended in disappointment. Tonight was the last time, I’d rather drive the extra miles to another location. Do better.

Some chipotle stores will give u hardly any meat which is totally wrong. It’s been getting smaller and smaller, cheating people out of their money. Sierra not only was super helpful and gave me a sample of the chipotle honey before ordering the entire burrito full of it, but she was also fair in the amount of meat she gave us. She didn’t overdo it to the point of cheating the company, but she was fair and I respect that. Thanks to that, I won’t give up on chipotle just yet (my kids and I love it but definitely if their other employees nationwide keep being crazy stingy, we may have to say goodbye).

Fair is all we are asking :)

With her energy, respectfulness and efficiency, I’m surprised she is not the manager or supervisor. Those are the kind of people who should be in management. Or at the very least recognized and shown appreciation by giving them a raise!

Ran out of onions and peppers. OK I understand that but then I see there’s onions and peppers for the to go orders so I asked for some and the girl says NO these are only for the to go orders. Well then tell me I would’ve placed a togo out order so I could have onions and peppers. Dumb rules!

I stopped by Chipotle today, always a reliable spot for a quick and fresh meal. The service was fast and place was clean. I went with my usual: a bowl with white rice and chicken. You really can’t go wrong with that combo.

Next time, though, I’ll ask them to go easy on the rice. I don’t eat a lot, and it tends to fill up the bowl a bit too much for me. Still, a solid, satisfying meal!

Food was good. Dining area was so dirty. Even after there was no one in line, there was no one cleaning. Also the lemonade and tea containers looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Makes me wonder if they clean the back either. Please clean it up.
