Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come to this chipotle twice a week . The employees are usually nice for the most part except for Alexis with the cross tattoo on her arm. She always has an attitude with customers. Her demeanor comes off as if she doesn’t want to do her job. I asked for extra lettuce and she scoffed and rolled her eyes…it offended the customer behind me in line as well. Her disgusting attitude makes it very hard to come to this location anymore.

Came at 8pm. The vibe was off. Probably a stressful hour for the employees understandable. That shouldn’t affect customer service though. Remember, we are paying. you signed up for this job. Staff was rude to customers ahead of me in line. 2 hours before close and they are saying they have no pico, no queso, no veggies, etc. they were slapping the smallest portions of everything on my burrito. I asked if I can get some more veggies I’m paying for it. They told me “they’re all out” and leaves me with literally 5 pieces of veggie on my burrito. I proceeded to check out added on some chips and guac. Told the girl at the register (had glasses arm tattoo brown hair) I wanted a fountain drink Diet Coke. she turns around grabs a Coke Zero bottle from the fridge and tells me my total. At this point I wasn’t gonna argue I will just make sure I never come back. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Btw Diet Coke ain’t the same as Coke Zero.

Thanks for the horrible attitude service from Kameron today at 11:38 she’s rude as hell and I would ask her to every make my food

Staff were very polite and quick with their job, the food was evenly cooked and seasoned,and always nice music playing
over all 6/5 stars

I ask for more rice, seem like it was a problem, I ask for more chicken I got half of spoon, why is it a problem if I'm paying for it. I DON'T eat onions, WHY CAN'T I have onions with NO ONIONS OR PEPPERS?

Costumer service was the rudest I have ever experienced and I have experienced some pretty mean service. please don’t go unless you are on the brink of starvation. They pretend like they don’t here you when you ask for something. They act like you were the one that made them fill out the job application and work there. If yku want your mood to be ruined or even worse, this might be your place. Eat here at your own risk!!!

The food was good the service was not the greatest so I decided to take it to go, if I were to return I would get it to go.

Get railed on portions every time I go here. Get a max 2oz of meat.

I haven’t had this issue before at this location but today the chicken was unbelievably salty. Even after I picked it off of my bowl, everything it touched was coated in salt. It was inedible. Had I ate it, I would be concerned for my blood pressure.

Dirty. Slow service couldn't handle a lunch rush. Asked for double meat and paid for it but only got regular serving.

Store closes at 10 and when I came at 9:20 they had locked the doors and the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones. Then when the girl came to the door she couldn’t even give me a reason of why the store was even closing that early.
