We came in on a Sunday afternoon, and the service was the best I’ve had at a Chipotle. Each employee greeted us so warmly and was friendly the whole time we were ordering.

Horrible! Order took way over an hour for an update and everytime I called it automatically went to voicemail and nobody would answer.

We eat at this location quite frequently however, tonight I was beyond mortified by the behaviors I saw in this kitchen. what started off as an amazing family trip quickly went south, as I watched a new cook clock in and go immediately to gloves and start cooking food that he continued to eat as he was cutting it. not once not twice not even five times but repeated up to eight or nine times did he cut and eat food as he was prepping for the line. I was in utter shock and I went to bring attention to the other attendant and he was still doing it as I was at the counter complaining, then quickly defended himself saying he had to taste the food to make sure it was safe repeatedly… I was issued a refund and the rest of the staff was very apologetic, but his confrontational demeanor after being caught directly doing something that is against health standards Was just wild. I literally have it on video. I will be contacting the GM in the morning.

Regency Chipotle off Atlantic. When they first opened I gave five stars. I must change that rating!!
The past 2-3 months, the staff stands around, chit chatting no matter how long the line gets.
You stand in line waiting waiting waiting.... Get to the front and they are out of half the ingredients. Well they say they are out, but I saw them cooking the fajita vegetables. So not out --just poor planning.
I go to other locations because this one sucks now.

Shoutout to Alexis at Chipotle! She was incredibly polite and did an amazing job packing my order. Everything was neat, secure, and perfectly organized. It’s employees like her who make a difference. Great work

Edit: I did in fact reach out to customer service as they asked and they refunded an entire dollar....absolutely disgusting and downright embarrassing. Their business model is a joke. This is why they are failing.

Every time I visit my order is missing an added an ingredient. Last time it was guac this time it was Chimichurri. Both items that cost extra. Staff continues to not double check orders. Done spending money on an overpriced product that is constantly wrong and lacking ingredients
