The food is usually good but this last visit, it was very dry. The were plenty of workers but the restaurant and food line was filthy! Noone was cleaning, several workers made orders...lined them up and walked off. There was one young lady working the register and she handled money like it was infected with something. This is definitely my last visit, will be going to another location.

We went there around 9:30pm on a Friday night and they were already out of brown and white rice. They close at 11pm. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t make more once they start running low. They had so many customers too and most of them walked out for the same reason.

I didn't actually order any food. Im a doordasher, and i had two orders at this location. There was a long wait for the two orders i had to pick up, which usually isn't fun, but there were only 3 employees working this Friday night, and there was always a line out of the building. The three employees on this shift deserve a pay raise BIG TIME. They worked as hard and fast as they could to keep up with all the orders i know it must be stressful.

It seems they have new management at this location. Much cleaner than previous visits and thr staff seem to have changed. I'm very pleased.
Whole burrito was ice cold, then the worker didn’t even try to wrap it just threw it in 2 pieces of foil and put it in the bag.

Not sure what the big deal is about Chipotle, finally tried and was very disappointed. Not much selection at all in terms of toppings, sauces, etc. I was expecting a 'Subway' type of offerings line but there was a skimp selection on each station. You can only can order quesadilla's online but they sell kids there??!! You only offer 4 things and deny people 1? Total bummer with a very cold atmosphere. Staffers were great though!
