Cafeteria style Tex-Mex food made fresh all day is Chipotle in a nutshell. Located on busy Argyle Forest, this location has become adept to quick service with fresh food. When you walk in, a server will ask you what type of meal you want. The overhead display lists the various items and once you decide you are off to the races. From chicken to steak or if you are vegan (sofritas) you can pack on your protein in a salad, regular bowl, or burrito. You can pick from black or pinto beans, fajita veggies, corn or regular salsa, guacamole, queso, sour cream, cheese, salad greens or other condiments. They ring you up, ask you if you want chips and/or a drink and you are off on your way. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Staff worked very well together and everything was made fresh to order. Prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a quick filling, no guilt meal, this is your place.

The food use to be so good at this Chipotle. The burritos have gone completely downhill, and don't taste like they use to. Chicken is way overcooked, among other things. Absolutely no flavor, use to eat at this location so much, now don't even bother anymore. Maybe if they gave you more for your buck, might come back. As for now won't even bother eating this location anymore. This is my opinion. Wish they would have an option for cilantro.

This chipotle is the worst. Everytime I go there chips are cold and stale. The workers don’t care when they give me half a portion of chicken from the bottom of the tin and when I call them out on skimping on the portion they say I have pay for double meat for a single portion size I get at every other chipotle. Terrible service and best to drive to another location than deal with this one.

The food is average and for over 12 dollars a bowl that is basically rice, lettuce and a little meat and does not include a drink Three more dollars you can go get a real meal at a restaurant I won't be going back I've always felt this way I just never put it on reviews. Chipotle is completely overrated The only good thing is they do serve alcohol besides that they suck oh and by the way the cashier you can tell she did not want to be there which I don't blame her but at least pretend be professional

I normally enjoy visiting this Chipotle location, but my recent experience was very disappointing due to the attitude and service of one of the employees, Venise (short curly hair). Her behavior was unprofessional — she seemed irritated, had a poor attitude, and handled the food carelessly, slamming items into the bowl. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and care with my order, not frustration or rudeness. The experience was so unpleasant that I didn’t even leave the parking lot before deciding to write this review. Experiences like this make customers not want to return, and I truly hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service going forward.

Krystal and Steve at this chipotle DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! We had tried going to the chipotle on argyle off blanding and sat in line waiting for over 30 minutes just to be told that they didn’t have anymore rice!! Only one guy was cooking and one was making bowls, 2 were on to-gos…needless to say we left disappointed..only to come here and be VERY shocked that the customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was good, and these 2 employees helped us out (in our moment of hunger and need for chipotle)!!! Just needed to take a moment and leave a 5 star review on their amazing skills and manners on taking care of us!! THANK YOU 2 SO MUCH I HOPE YOU SEE THIS!!! <3

Got advertised their new 1$ cup of chimi sauce and came to check it out. They are filling them up a quarter of the way up..

BUG IN FOOD!

This was my first time ever trying Chipotle and it will 100% be my last. I ordered my bowl for pickup, and halfway through I found a bug sitting in my rice. It was a full insect mixed right in with the food, blending in with the chicken.

I was completely disgusted and went back to the store about 1hr later to show them the photo, thinking they would at least apologize or try to make it right. Instead, the woman at the register gave me attitude about it, and said because I don’t have the bowl with me she couldn’t remake it, even though I had a clear photo showing the bug sitting in my food.

That is not just bad customer service, it is embarrassing. The proof was right there, and the lack of care was absolutely unbelievable. Between the bug infested food and the dismissive attitude from staff, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Chipotle seriously needs to step up their hygiene and their customer service training. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I can only imagine what happens behind the scenes. Absolutely disgusting.

So disappointed! Ordered through the app for pickup. Order was ready on time but alas, when we got home with it the experience went downhill quickly. First the bowls we ordered when labeled incorrectly. Mine was chicken and husband's was carne asada. His should have been double meat (an extra $7) but it was not. His also had white rice instead of brown rice. Neither bowl had guacamole (also an extra ) Neither bowl had fajita veggies as ordered. Mine got the medium salsa and his got the mild. It should have been the other way around. Mine was missing the black beans, cheese, sour cream and Queso Blanco (another extra charge) as well.
We ate what we got since we weren't going to drive all the way back to the restaurant, but we were not happy with our experience.
Wish I had taken pictures of what we got vs. what we ordered. We paid almost $15 for extras we did not get!
