Very disappointed with this location. The food was not fresh and much of it was hard, like it had been sitting out too long. The staff also showed a lot of attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping customers. To make matters worse, the portions were extremely small compared to other Chipotle locations. I don’t recommend this one at all.

The food is always hard,place is never clean food all on tables and even where they dish the food is dirty. Workers all have attitude they will literally give you 5 pieces of chicken and when you ask for more they will charge you. I advise you to stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Make sure you go there and order. Delivery orders are very skimpy but if you go there and order, they are pretty generous.

My experience at chipotle today was amazing. One of the new hires to Oakleaf name Briana was outstanding. She greeted the customers as we came in, she was very polite and inviting. Briana give out the right amount of food. I usually don’t not feel full but today, I felt full and I had left overs. Definitely go to chipotle while Briana is there. She will hook you up. I usually do not have a good experience at this location but my boyfriend wanted me to go and I do not regret it. She was an amazing employee and I will definitely be going back while she is there.

Purchased a sofrita burrito online because I haven’t eaten Chipotle in a while. However, when I arrived home , I realized that my burrito was completely inedible. The rice was crunchy and hard, and it tasted as if someone accidentally wasted salt inside the burrito. I couldn’t take more than a few bites. It was horrible. I was skeptical about coming here because it isn’t usually the cleanest. I was absolutely disappointed that I wasted my $13.00. That burrito was disgusting. It was sooo salty that the few bites gave me an instant headache!

Well let see... burrito paid too much for one. Had steak and chicken in the other one. No chips no extra. The meat they act like they don't want to give you any, but load you up on all the other stuff! So to me it's a over priced place. Wait staff was nice, had to wait for the steak to be cooked, so had to wait 10 minutes. 35 just too much for 2 items.

I love chipotle but I hate this location I’m convinced the night manager is single handedly the reason the lobby is always empty at night he has a bad attitude the worst it’s like everyone is pleasant w/ smiles until he comes around intermediating them he’s always standing at the line to make sure they under serve in portions when he could be cleaning the messy kitchen and lobby.

Chipotle isn't as generous with their portions. I pay for two types of meat & the beef was fatty & their just stingy. I don't mind the price if portion & quality was on point... I did a bowl with 2 meats, quac price $18 & some change change. Can I just say I'm done with the chain!!! PEACE OUT👋🏽

Everytime I come here the food is dried out and has been sitting for hours, they don't make it fresh and if they decide to they say it's going to be a 20-30 min wait.

Sandie does not belong at the register dealing with customers, she has a NASTY 🤢 attitude & that’s no way to greet nor talk to anyone like she did. If she doesn’t like her job she should go else where !!!

Absolutely terrible service. I waited at the drive-through for over five minutes while multiple employees stood around with their backs turned, chatting with their friends instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got my food and made it home, it was even more disappointing , one taco didn’t even have any meat in it, and between the other 2 tacos, there were only five small pieces of meat total. Don’t bother ordering pick-up here. The staff clearly prioritize socializing over taking care of customers.
