When I arri ed the floor was dirty. There were 5 or 6 guys one girl at the call in order station talking laughing and doing not a lot of anything. my first thought is why wont they let someone help the poor one girl on the line fixing the bowls for walk in customers.There was another lady sweeping. the restaurant is filthy they need to clean from the floors to the counter where the food is coming from. The manager told me when I went to talk about why they are so slow. He said they were short of help. but the manager in my opinion did not make good use of the employees that were there. He then said that he is the manager and his first priority is the call in station because they have already paid. My next thought is Chipolte does not value walk in customers. The guy cooking and the young woman making bowls were the only two employees that were intrested in me as a customer. The fact that the place was filthy concerned me, I had been at the hospital all morning. Ihad 4 individual orders the two people in front of me were going to order and pay for food so why was I made to feel like my money,time and effort were nowhere of any importance to Chipolte.The manager was not interested In the least about my complaint. I will never go here again.

The folks they have working sucks! No customer service skills plus they’re nasty! I like the food when fresh. The rice is usually undercooked or they run out constantly. They need some new skilled people to take over!!

This is the worst place I’ve eating at the food is never cooked all the way it’s chewy and the staff is rude and not friendly like I’ve ordered today inside I asked for brown rice and black beans and they gave me white rice and brown beans I paid for queso on my food and got nothing but sour cream and lettuce. I spent 14.60 on my food and I’m so upset about it. I’ve called no answer the worst place I’ve order in Jacksonville Florida. On River side.

Need to drain your servings like then beans when adding make burrito soft and fall apart easily

Most rude people I’ve ever met. I put in an online order an I accidentally put it at the wrong store, instead of being nice and trying to help me find a solution I got told sorry can’t help you go drive to that store!
Some people shouldn’t work in customer service at all. I’ll be contacting corporate about the disrespectful service I received today.

I love this new guy Antwan they put here I think he’s the new General Manger. I go here three times a week and I can definitely see the effort. he is the FIRST person to come to my table and check on us to see how was the food and did we need anything. I definitely had to get his name. Also the food was much fresher and the team

Got a bowl. The rice was crunchy due to being undercooked. They wouldn't refund, only remake the bowl since it was ordered online. They remade the bowl and the rice was still crunchy because it was from the same batch. Disappointing and gross to eat undercooked rice.

Chipotle isn't half bad. However I hadn't had a container yet that didn't leak. Stains in my car seat and the last time all down my pants and the side of my car.

Do not order Chipotle catering if it is coming from this location! I gave Chipotle one more try in hopes things will change but this location is just getting worse and worse. For years I had been making large catering orders for our weekly company lunch to feed 50+ employees and a handful of executives. Chipotle was always a favorite including for employees that required gluten free. However the past several times they were arriving extremely late and had missing items. Today really helped with the decision of completely ending catering with Chipotle at the Brooklyn location in Jacksonville, Florida. They completely forgot the 3 orders of beef and 3 orders chicken and the 2 orders of queso. It was a vegetarian meal. I have nothing against veggies but that is a huge disappointment. When I called 800‐Chipotle, I told the agent that if the order of meat can be submitted, I will personally go pick it up myself. The agent said he can't do that and he can't reach anyone at that location. So when he said we're getting a refund we should have received a full refund, instead we got just a portion refunded. We're done with Chipotle at the Brooklyn location! Something is going on there that isn't working.

This location is probably the worst chipotle in Jacksonville, they are consistently out of everything , and the proteins and house made sides are all bland and gross.
