Don't act exasperated while I’m ordering with my children... everything else was fine.

This place usually is absolutely disgusting and has napkins, silverware on the floor.

The ice machine was out of service for days on, they constantly are having an issue being on time. We do to go orders a lot due to the pace of our jobs and the lady who does the to go orders never can understand our names right somehow or panics when we try to grab our food. We usually have our order 15-20 min after promised.

My last straw was tonight; we’re athletes and had a sports competition and ordered food to go which included chicken. We both had gotten super tiny shredded chicken pieces and probably equaled out to less than 1/4 of a cup. Like we got the scraps. Well for someone who needs a certain amount of protein after a workout- we got a huge carb load and a bunch of sour cream instead to hide the fact we had no chicken.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Slow and understaffed for the area. Multiple days I’ve been to this one and there’s no food/mobile orders ready on time. The one on beach blvd has a drive thru, the orders are always ready on time, and there’s always plenty of staff. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for a bowl to be completed. This location I waited 30 minutes just to have to cancel my order because of how long it took. I placed my order at 11am and canceled at 11:40. Yesterday I placed at 2pm and got my bowl at 2:45. Absolutely crazy in such a high end area.

store was dirty, hardly any food and refused to make more vinaigrette after several customers asked for some, prime lunch time… several people walked out and got refunded including me.

The store has very poor employees. They don't seem to care one little bit the lady who put the food in the bag literally toss the back at me. This location either needs to hire an entire new team of employees or just shut down. The food wasn't even packaged correctly. HORRIBLE experience.

The short girl working at 12:55 on the line by herself was rude. Short girl short hair. She kept asking the manager to leave (not the customers problem) and took it out on my bowl completely disregarding how I wanted it. Didn’t even have time for her to start over.

This might be the only location that makes the food to my liking. And shout out to Kimberly for ringing up the 3 pointer correctly, you saved me some money. Stay blessed.

To Whom This May Concern,

I am an Uber Eats customer, and I am a Chipotle customer. The evening of July 10, 2025 I ordered a burrito that was supposed to be composed of half steak, half sofritas, and avocado. I also ordered a large bag of fresh tortilla chips with queso blanco cheese, but the chips were stale. There was not avocado nor sofritas on my burrito. The receipt for my order does not even specify that I wanted half sofritas, half steak with avocado. I paid $36.59 for this. (See the image of my receipt below.)

Improve my customer service experience by doing the following: (1) Never ever give me stale tortilla chips, especially when I am paying as much as I am for them and someone else has to pick them up. (2) Always show my order specifications on the order receipt to ensure customer satisfaction. (3) If I order avocado on my burrito, make sure to put fresh avocado on my burrito. Why do I have to tell you this? You are adults. (4) If I order half steak and half sofritas on my burrito, then put that on there. (5) When you say that you are going to give me a 100% refund, do it in a timely manner. (6) Do not charge me or any other customer twice or three times for an order that I only placed once and I am supposed to be getting refunded to me. (7) Make your drinks cheaper. $5 for one bottle of a beverage, especially a non-alcoholic one is too much. (8) Give me complimentary, free items in an appeasement effort when your food quality is terrible and not worth the dollar that I paid for. (9) Have more sales and deals (i.e. buy one get one free or free drink upon completion of a survey, etc.).
I contacted Uber Eats through the app, and I was assured a 100% refund, but that refund has not hit my account yet. It is now twenty-nine calendar days later, and a refund still has not been successfully provided. My card transaction history records show that Uber Eats attempted to charge my account for $39.49 again, but the charge never posted. This is the opposite of a refund.

I expect Uber Eats staff and Chipotle staff to give me better quality service if I ever do business with the both of them again. I expect you both to consider my nine ideas of how to improve and to implement them into the way that you do business with me when I order from Chipotle. I expect you to give me my refund either back onto the original form of payment, cash, or check.

This location has the worst rice…. Everytime I give them a try it’s always the same thing! This rice is hard and uncooked. And it’s been like that for years !!!!!

The biggest thing to know, is the seasoning and how spicy the food is various drastically from one day to the next...
I don't like spicy food and most of the time the chicken is mild to moderate, but other times it is extremely spicy and I'm unable to eat it. My husband typically gets steak and has found the same to be true as well, how spicy and how seasoned the food is varies drastically.

It is kind of unpleasant to not know what to expect when you take a bite... You hope it's not too spicy because you enjoy the food, but you don't really know until that first bite. It would be great if there was consistency to how they prepared the food.

Location is bad. No chips, no fork, no napkins etc on a to-go order is very annoying. Seems many others have had the same experience. Two stars instead of one because the food was fine.
