Ordered a chicken bowl online, 30 mins later i received my order that was cold , maybe 3 tiny pieces of chicken , thought they might be under the other ingredients but no , i paid 20 bucks plus tip after all for some rice, beans, some lettuce, onions n peppers, did you forget the darn chicken?? Will never order again , believe that!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Chipotle in Jax by far. These workers really do take their sweet time, look at the long lines, and then go talk in the back. Waited for 30 minutes for a half-filled bowl.

I ordered a burrito plus chips and queso, at 11:20am. The chips were so stale I couldn't eat them! The most disgusting chips I've ever had!!! How are you saving chips in flimsy paper bags for days and passing them out like they're edible!!???

We love Chipotle! It’s a bit pricey, but the food is always good. We were craving it on Sunday the 17th, but it was closed. A note on the door explained it was due to an outage, which wasn’t their fault. The service is always great when we go!

This location is so bad idek why I put myself through going here a second time. I ordered online and waited 15 minutes past the pickup time for it to be ready. I watched the girl making it take a paper bowl of steak that had been sitting out and sprinkle some on top of my bowl. The whole thing was stone cold. They also forgot my fajitas. The contrast between this location and the other locations in town that are actually good is crazy

This must was the worse Chipotle I’ve ever visited , My family and I drove 10 hrs from Virginia to Jacksonville, we ended up here at 9 pm on 27 NOV 2024. I noticed the riced looked extra sticky and clumped up so I asked the employee for fresh rice he replied ā€œThe rice freshā€ The employees really don’t care about customer service, they worried more about their sports betting outcomes for that night . So back at our hotel , my kids who eat anything said the rice was nasty. I tried it and it was extra moist and tasted uncooked. This place requires better management for employees and quality assurance for the food. It is unacceptable for the price I paid for 3 bowls and my rice to look like ice cream and taste like it came from High-school cafeteria. I’ve had better rice from a MRE. Please do better !

The cook exhibited a highly unprofessional demeanor. Despite my request for a fresh batch of brisket that he was preparing on the grill, he maintained an attitude for no apparent reason. My sister, recently discharged from BrooksRehab facilities after undergoing a significant surgery, was unable to stand for extended periods. Consequently, he prepared the entire chicken while the brisket was already cooked and awaiting chopping.
Instead of prioritizing the customer’s request and serving the brisket first, he proceeded to chop the chicken, which took approximately 20 minutes. He then proceeded to chop the brisket while I stood there, seemingly oblivious to my presence. During this time, he engaged in conversation with other customers, as if I were not a paying customer.
Eventually, my sister grew weary of standing, and I politely requested that he prepare and serve the chicken, as I would take the brisket at a later time. The workers demonstrated exceptional professionalism, acknowledging my patience and understanding that I had waited for my order.
I am uncertain of the underlying reason for his behavior, as he appeared to be smiling at other customers while displaying an attitude towards me. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified, as it is unprofessional for a customer to pay for an order and observe the cook preparing fresh brisket or chicken, only to be asked to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be chopped, when it is already ready.
