The lack of urgency surprised me. The majority of protein selections were empty, brown rice was empty, as well as a few of the extras. Meanwhile, the cook was not rushed to finish cooking/ prepping the food for the customers waiting in line but was more focused on finishing their conversations and socializing with other employees. This is such a disappointment that I have to write a bad review on my favorite place to eat. I normally eat chipotle everyday. But after coming to this location for a couple times now. It’s awful everyone. Chicken is never marinated properly , it taste like regular chicken that’s got a nasty taste. I’ ordered chops and queso. The queso was ice cold, when I brought it back to the counter they first didn’t believe me. And then asked why I’m complain about it. Hello it’s cold !! They then pulled a thermometer out because they didn’t believe me. And sure enough 58° cold.The chicken sometimes comes out undercookedThe rice is always and I mean always loaded with cilantro,A huge hair was also found this last time in the bowl.Repeat and I repeat again do not come to this location unless you just wanna throw away money, I feel cheated , robbed, and just down out feel played by this location.Nasty food, nasty workers, not a chipotle !!!

I have had so many problems with this location first off they can't read orders at all I hate that where I work and when I order off the app it automatically chooses the nearest location. You pay for extra don't get it and I'm not talking about the meats. They don't ever answer the phone even if I say Manager repeatedly. This location is the worst the product horrible the rice undercooked the steak fatty. In the pictures I ordered half steak half chicken al pastor extra white rice, extra corn, fajita veggies, sour cream,cheese and Lettuce what yall see? No extra nothing that I paid for no extra rice ,no corn at all, no fajita veggies at all like even if you new you don't need to be trained to read thats elementary stuff. Never again and I'm stuck at work for another 5 hours and just spent 35.00 on 2 plates that's wrong who has money to just waste NOT ME and gotta wait for my money back. HORRIBLE

We stopped at the Riverside location for dinner before the hockey game and the place was disgusting. All the tables were dirty and everything behind the counter was dirty, there was food everywhere. We had to ask them to clean our table. There was no excuse for it to be so dirty, there were several people working so I’m sure one of they could have cleaned this place up. It was just unexceptionable. We will never eat there again.

As soon as I walked in I saw an employee with dreads stick his hand in the nacho bowl and dip it in the queso sauce and eat it. I was disgusted I am pregnant and that could have made me sick i immediately walked out ! DO NOT EAT AT THIS

Took 10 minutes longer that expected. 8 people were already waiting and employees made no effort to tell people what the hold up was.Then I got my “three” tacos but only two of them were filled. The third was just kind thrown in there with the filling spilling everywhere. But at least they gave me a fork to scoop it into the tortilla.Did not get the queso I paid extra for.
