Food was good. Alot like golden corral. Same foods and set up. Service was ok. 8/10

Lots of good food and variety. Complete seafood offerings, complete country dishes, and Asian fare, such as sushi. Prices are right, under $20.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND one waiter lady is very rude and not customer service friendly I waited almost 30 minutes before my waiter came back to our table to refill our drinks and because it took so long for my waiter to see about us I asked another waiter if she could help she bluntly told me “ No “ it was rude and then they start speaking in their language looking at you and rolling their eyes I guess because we are people of color it was not a good impression for my first time I was not treated equally

Today we visited Chow's Country Buffet. The Salad Bar is stocked with all the favorites. Fried Chicken, Sweet Potato and Ribs were delicious. They have foods ranging from, Chinese food bar, BBQ and Steak bar to Seafood, Deep Fried Bar and of course Fruit and Salad Bar. The staff are friendly and very attentive. We will give an update on our next visit.

Salad Bar was very good 5 stars. Food was average. Service was great. Visited again 10/25/2024 once again the salad bar was the star, New England chowder tasted like watered down potato soup no clams I could not eat it. Desert bar was an Asia style and mostly ok the apple pie was tore to pieces, the egg rolls like ground up left overs put in shells. Be aware to pick and choose what you get.

I went today during the grand opening and I enjoyed everything,I pray it remains to be excellent and this wasn't just for the grand opening also the bathrooms were terrible but everything on the lines was fresh and hot, wish they had cottage cheese for the salad bar but I must say it's got the other all you can eat beat by a long shot and the employees were very attentive and Mr Courtney was very helpful and polite, great experience.....

This is a follow-up my previous review at the grand opening and what I feared occurred the food is not the same and the services isn't either. When you pay as you're leaving I do assume they were the owners they are very rude and hardly smile, it seems as if all they're worried about is you paying your ticket and leaving, it's a total different atmosphere than it was at the grand opening. We will not be returning and I would not recommend this bufget

Incredible variety. Very good food. They never let the food get low. It's constantly full. But it's quite expensive if you don't eat much.

The food is great! Nice place. Great food options. The pot roast with potatoes and gravy is magnificent. I had to go for seconds. Lemonade was fantastic. Customer service is great. Will definitely go back. ?

Arrived at 8:30, website states they close at 10:30 on weekend, however, all the food was old and they did not bring anymore out. Steak old, fried chicken old, just everything except for the hibachi noodles and rice. But that’s not what did it. The first thing I got was the chicken noodle soup and the broth was soooo delicious UNTIL I found hair in it. So I called the waitress and she called a manager and of course they blamed it on customers and how sometimes it happens. I wanted to stop eating right then but my husband was like, “just don’t eat the soup” so I picked through the food, eating the same thing on each plate cause EVERYTHING ELSE was not fresh. It’s only 9:00pm at this point. So I asked a cooked what time they closed and if they were bringing more food out and she said they close at 9, sometimes 9:30 and no they weren’t bringing more food out. At this point I’m over it cause the price is too high for non fresh food and you can’t have an “all you can eat” experience. Oh but wait! This is where the straw broke the camels back. So I went to get fix a salad, cause hey what could go wrong. After I fixed the salad, I double checked the hot foods to see if anything was edible to me. I so happened to look at the salmon and guess what I saw
ANOTHER PIECE OF LONG HAIR!!! Disgusted, I grabbed the cashier to how them o wasn’t lying in the beginning, and they blamed it on the customer AGAIN! But that was impossible because that would mean a customer would have to stick they head underneath the glass. And the cashier person said that’s exactly what happens sometimes. So I said “ so you don’t think it was none of your cooks because NOBODY has on hairnets “. They just stared at me, and said they would tell the cooks. I couldn’t even eat my salad anymore. I just left it on the table and me and my husband left. Yes we still paid, we got a discount but still I want to throw up and im pregnant. NASTY! Not worth your penny after dark!

Service was horrible. I brought my family of 5 in around 1pm . Our server not once came to offer refills nor clear our dirty plates . I asked for the Check and our server brought it to us immediately I noticed that they charged us for an extra adult . I let her know and she brought us out another check that was correct . Gave her my credit card she brought the receipt back for me to sign . My family was still eating she asked for the receipt I handed it to her she threw it back on the table and said "no tip"? Then started pointing her finger to the part on the receipt that says 10%. First of all nobody is obligated to tip. Although I was planning on leaving her a 20 cash tip on a $80 dollar . I've been a General Manager for a restaurant for 10 years and i would terminate anyone of my servers that pressured a guest to leave a tip. This restaurant needs to make some major improvements. I will not be back
