The outside might not look like much but the food makes up for it. We had the poor boys, wings, Mahi Mahi, the swamp burger and the fried shrimp. Everything was excellent! The staff was very friendly and honest. We will definitely stop by on our next trip!

I wanted to go to Chowder Ted’s. So, off we went. I had the Moroccan chowder-small bowl, I had the crab cakes on top of a salad. I had sweet tea for my drink. We arrived a little before noon. The front dining room was full, so we chose a spot in the back with a view of the water.
The food was phenomenal, service was perfect and the atmosphere was good.
Pros:great food
Cons:the driveway is steep and a blind spot when exiting-so use extreme caution.

Cajun burger was amazing. They put a very nice crisp on it. The veggies were crazy fresh as well. Fried mushrooms IMO were slightly over cooked but still really good. As for the service, doesn't get any better. The women at the cou ter greeted us instantly and even brought the food out to us. She was amazing. Over all, were definitely coming back again.

Also as a plus there's a really nice setting area outside on the waters edge. Has good cover and nice picnic tables. Can't imagine a better view. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent food, friendly staff, kid friendly, and right off the water. Beautiful view while enjoying simple but good seafood.

Two stops in one ! First and last. I got the flounder sandwich with ff and tea , $20 , ok , so $20 for a good flounder sandwich, fries and drink dont sound too terrible but when the fries are at the top of the list , that says alot , flounder was very bland , one small slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce , for $20 !! Not sure if the ac was broke or what but HOT ! Literally sweat beads on the forehead trying to eat , service was below average to say the least. Oh well , I guess I can check Chowder Ted's off my list !!

Food was mediocre at best for the high prices. $70 with tip for my son and I to eat. Everything is À la carte. $2.50 for a single can of soda. Fish sandwiches were nothing to write home about. Love supporting local mom and pops. This place is extremely overpriced for what it offers.
